Kaolin Hotel(West Lake)

I just want to say three things: 1. A used lubricant sleeve was found under the bed in the room and had not been cleaned up; 2. The door of the room was almost collapsing, the hinges under the door had fallen off, and the door could not be closed; 3. The car parked in the hotel garage was parked across by another car in front of mine and could not be driven out. The owner left a phone number for moving the car in front of the glass window, but no one answered the call. I asked the front desk clerk to handle it, and she said that the garage security would not come until 8 o'clock. She said she could not do anything. I almost fainted... This was the first time in my life that I encountered such a situation. I was completely speechless and did not want to argue with them at all (for good luck during the Chinese New Year). Fortunately, the owner of the car next door also rushed there early and was able to make space to move the car out. None of the above is false accusation or deliberate slander. I read the hotel reviews on Ctrip repeatedly and thought they were good, so I decided to choose this hotel. The result was shocking!

房間非常乾淨寬敞！前台服務很熱情 還給我們介紹陽西的景點路引很暖心！交通很方便！門口對面還有一個公園！夜晚景色很美！很熱鬧！環境很好很舒適！設施也還行！還有免費停車場！還有保安看管！

家人回鄉探親常住的酒店，在陽西縣的西湖公園旁邊，晚上可以走走公園！ 附近食店也方便，停車方便！
