Hotels in Songcheng Eternal Love Scenic Area, Yangshuo

We stayed at Four Seasons Fairyland in Yangshuo and overall had a pleasant experience. Initially, we were checked into a room that wasn’t quite ready — it had an unpleasant smell and didn’t meet cleanliness expectations. However, the hotel handled it very well and upgraded us to a much larger, more comfortable room. The upgrade was a nice gesture, and the room we eventually stayed in was spacious, quiet, and great to come back to after a full day out. The daily breakfast was decent — while the menu doesn’t change much, the variety was fair, and we never left hungry. Waking up to views of the iconic karst mountains of Yangshuo each morning was truly special and made the stay feel grounded in the natural charm of the area. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently near many key attractions, which made getting around and exploring the area quite easy. One big plus: the staff went above and beyond for us when we had multiple packages arriving from Taobao — helping us coordinate deliveries and pick-ups smoothly. That extra support was really appreciated and speaks to their thoughtful service. A minor downside: the TV in the room didn’t work initially and took a bit of troubleshooting on our own to figure out a fix. The only real disappointment was with the in-house photography experience. While the photographer was skilled and we enjoyed the complimentary 3-photo package, the editor’s attitude left a bad impression. She was impatient and didn’t give us space to decide which photos we wanted to keep or buy. I’d suggest just enjoying the 3 free photos and skipping the upsell unless you really want more. Overall, a solid stay in Yangshuo with great service, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches — just a few things to note depending on what you value during your trip.

Great choice, i recommend i with my whole heart . Room is very clean ,beautiful and the lady at the reception is amazing. She helped us with information and also to book shared shuttle back to Guilin. Motirbikes can be rented via hotel. Also breakfast was very good

Amazing location! The room we got had a mountain view with a balcony: although the view was partly obscured, it was a very neat experience to be so close to the mountains. The hotel also had an amazing terrace on the 8th floor with a gigantic mirror to take the best of pictures! The hotel workers were incredibly warm and offered us rental scooters as well as on-site complimentary laundry services. With the scooter, it was incredibly easy to get around the town and visit the different locations and landmarks. Would definitely rebook this hotel again! (They also give out a free goodbye gift when you check out!)

The staff were extremely friendly. The front desk was super helpful in helping us book tickets for ago attractions with special discounts. The views were superb, afternoon tea service was always provided. And it’s perfectly situated just outside of town so that it is calm and peaceful. The restaurant right next door is also really tasty. Better than anything we tried in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is really nice, it is next to a busy road, but unlike we read in other reviews, the sound was not a problem. And everything in the city was within walking distance. For other activities we could easily rent a scooter. Furthermore we got a free upgrade to a better room with a balcony, so we could see the mountains :) The lady in the hotel helped us out with arranging local activities, and booked tickets for us with a discount. There is a lot to do and see in this area 😃 If we would be in this area again, we would definitely want to stay in this hotel again, we had a blast! Oh, and the room has a fully automatic toilet 😏

The service here was outstanding. They had breakfast each morning, offered their own scooter rentals. Sent up fruits when we passed through the lobby. The hotel owner was always available to chat. They were very responsive. The hotel was in a great location, slightly removed from the main town. It was very peaceful by the Yulong river. The room itself was incredible, if you can you should book the suite with the skylight ceiling.

The room is very clean. I rented an electric donkey from the hotel for 20 yuan in Yangshuo. It can run all over the city and has a good battery life. The hotel is next to West Street and can be reached by walking. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and will recommend delicious food.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a sense of design, good transportation location, and more convenient for self-driving. The service attitude of several handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk is very good. Our housekeeper is John. The service is very good, meticulous, and he takes the initiative to say hello and provide help. Generally speaking, it is recommended. Here are a few suggestions and advantages for your reference: 1. There is no full-length mirror in the room. The bathroom mirror is very large, but it can't reflect the legs and feet. For girls who love beauty, it is inconvenient. 2. The bathroom is very beautiful, large and comfortable, but the light is slightly dim. 3. The large floor-to-ceiling window in the room on the second floor facing the street we stayed in was not a single-sided glass. Although there are curtains, if you want to lie on the bed and look at the scenery outside, there is no way, because people on the street downstairs can also see you. 4. The front desk service is very good, but the service attitude of the restaurant staff (a middle-aged lady) is average. When we had breakfast on the first day, we found a hair in the soup. My husband told the service staff, and the service staff told the supervisor (the middle-aged lady). The middle-aged lady did not come to communicate, but looked up and down at my husband for a long time, and no one came to say ”sorry”. Later, when asked if the soup was still available, the lady replied, ”Do you want to drink it now?” It's not that we are nitpicking about the service attitude, but the lady's attitude is indeed cold. The next day, when we went downstairs for breakfast, we were late. She asked us which room number we were in (I don't understand here, I was wearing hotel slippers), and reminded us to collect the food at 10:30. These questions and reminders are fine, but her attitude feels like a ”class teacher” reminding me to hand in my homework. We traveled for 20 days and stayed in all kinds of hotels. For the room rate of more than 1,000 yuan in this hotel, I am not very satisfied with the service of this lady. 5. The secret cave of the hotel is small but interesting. It is recommended to go and see it. The environment of the back mountain and the garden is also very good. It is great to take a walk after dinner. 6. There are charging piles in the parking lot. You can rent electric cars on the right side of the road across the hotel. 7. The Guzheng experience is to play it by yourself. There is no choice for travel photography, so I will not comment.

I highly recommend this place. The first night I stayed near West Street, it was a mess and there wasn't much to visit. We came here the next day. The environment was large, quiet and comfortable. The proprietress was warm and thoughtful, and the rice noodles for breakfast were top-notch. Northeastern dumplings are so delicious. The room is very clean and more comfortable than a hotel. You can sit on the balcony and look at the mountains. You can go out to the Yulong River, where you can play on bamboo rafts and by the water. There is also a check-in point in the Ten-Li Gallery. It is very suitable for bringing children here. Next time I bring my children here, I will only stay here. It is really a place you don't want to leave once you stay here.

It doesn't warm up after turning it on for several hours, and can only cool. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, very comfortable, spacious and bright. Service: The front desk service is not professional enough and the courtesy is poor. The thin and beautiful housekeeper who came to work on January 23rd and wore a small Chanel style suit had a super good service attitude. We were in a hurry to go out and helped dry the clothes. She was also very enthusiastic and had a very good smile. I don't know if it was the housekeeping manager. I forgot to ask because I was in a hurry. Thank you.
