Yangshuo Hidden Place Mansion (Yulong River)

The room is spacious and bright, with a beautiful view outside the window. The bed is soft and I fell asleep naturally. The breakfast was very rich and the Guilin rice noodles were delicious. I will think of the folk customs next time I go to Yangshuo and will recommend it to my friends. Thanks to the hotel staff, we had a great time.

The environment is quiet and sanitary, the service is thoughtful and warm, and the communication and coordination with the hotel staff are particularly good. I hope it will get better and better.

The location is very remote. It's dark at night. You can't buy anything. You can't get a taxi. I'm very disappointed. It's too remote and dark. It's far from Yangshuo. I really don't recommend it.

From the moment you booked the hotel, the hotel staff showed great enthusiasm for service. Not only did they answer my questions about room facilities and dining in detail, they also proactively mentioned the hotel's complimentary bamboo rafting tour, which made us full of expectations before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk staff once again enthusiastically introduced the relevant arrangements for the bamboo raft tour, including the time, location and precautions of the tour. The meticulous service made us feel particularly considerate. We felt this hotel offered excellent value for money. The hotel has taken practical actions to improve guest satisfaction. When we left, we were already planning when to stay again.

Facilities: It says there is a coffee maker and a refrigerator, but there are neither. Hygiene: There was residue on the carpet in the room and it was not vacuumed clean. The spider web on the door of the room hit my head, so I cleaned it myself. Environment: The neighborhood environment is OK and there are people to clean it up. The infinity pool is OK for taking photos, but the water is not clean. Transportation: Transportation is extremely inconvenient. It is far from everywhere and is located in the suburbs. You need a car, otherwise it is inconvenient to go anywhere. There is an electric bike rental company in the community, 80 yuan a day, and there is only one company. Seven or eight of us waited for an hour but the rental car didn't show up. However, there is a small village opposite the community, with several homestays where you can rent cars for 30 a day. Service: The guy who picked us up at the front desk was very nice. Pick-up and drop-off at Yitian West Street: This is not the pick-up and drop-off service provided by Yinlu Hotel, but the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the community where the hotel is located. Sky Realm Check-in Experience: This is not a hotel, it belongs to the community, and you can go there freely. Breakfast: normal breakfast, the restaurant where we eat breakfast serves good dishes at noon and evening.
