Air conditioner broke in middle of July stay during night hours ! No one there who could help

The location on West Street is better than I expected because I can't hear the noise in West Street at night and it doesn't affect the quality of my sleep. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. She called in advance and turned on the air conditioner in the room early. There is a delicious Thai restaurant downstairs🤘🏼

The hotel is one street away from the main road. It's not very close but it doesn't take long to walk. It is also within a few minutes' walk of attractions (such as Yitian West Street) The hotel is clean. The room type I booked has a terrace and a hanging chair. However, it is not as beautiful as expected. There are also tea sets and tea leaves for you to make your own tea For breakfast, you can choose wontons or Guilin rice noodles. Both taste good. The store clerk is very enthusiastic. After you add their store on WeChat and ask questions about the attractions, they will also reply to you and help you check the business hours. Because we happened to be in heavy rain and many facilities were not open🥲

The B&B in Yangshuo, booked a duplex family room, overall the location is good, near West Street. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the place. The layout is also very warm, but the hygiene can be improved. In addition, it feels damp, which may be related to the weather.

The hotel and room looked neat. We were on the 4th floor and could see the mountains from our balcony, very beautiful. The hotel has no elevator. The room is very spacious. The typical Chinese breakfast is freshly prepared and the generous portion tastes good. Location is just outside the busy center, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Staff is helpful, even though not a word of English is spoken.

The front desk lady and the housekeeping aunt are very welcoming. The room is clean. You can see the mountain view from the bay window on the 3rd floor. It is very comfortable to eat and drink tea. Overall, I am very satisfied. The shower room can be equipped with a shelf to store shower gel. The cleaning lady is also very polite. It is near West Street, but very quiet. There is a book bar next to it, which is good.
