One of the best hotels I have been to, probably the best in China! I was planning to stay one night, but fell in love with the hotel and extended one more night!!! I was totally impressed, it was better than expected!
Everyone in the reception was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. They also upgraded my room for free (unexpected surprise)!!
The view was breathtaking, and it looked like a landscape painting. The overall environment was warm and quiet. The location was great, transportation was convenient, with hotel buggy helping with transfer from one building to another, and the room was super clean, good for fussy people like me.
The housekeepers, Xiaoying and Xiaogu, were very thoughtful and helped me solve many problems. There is a wechat group where there's a group of people working in the hotel to help solve problems, and the response is immediate! Also, the photographer, Cai Cai, took beautiful photos with great photography skills!! I also loved the dress I rented from the shop. ❤️
Such a memorable stay, will definitely come again!! ❤️

The hotel is super beautiful, facing the amazing scenery. It has everything you could ever wish for in the room. Lynn was super helpful, attentive and friendly. She did a lot for us, helped with excusions and transportation, we are so grateful to her. The hotel is very aesthetic and clean. Loved it and would definitely recommend to visit such a place at least once in life. The hotel had its own transfer to many places, very convenient for tourists. We were very happy with the stay. The hotel welcomed us warmly

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel in the beautiful city of Yangshuo, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the service was nothing short of amazing.
The hotel offered incredible inclusions—complimentary car rides, delicious breakfast, and even complimentary dessert—that made the stay feel thoughtful and elevated. The food was fantastic, and every meal felt carefully prepared.
I’ve traveled to so many places around the world, but I have to say this hotel stands out as one of the best in every category. The people of Yangshuo are incredibly hospitable and kind, and the hotel staff were the perfect reflection of that warmth. They worked so hard and went above and beyond to help me communicate, plan activities, and make sure I had the best time of my life. Their effort and dedication truly made the experience unforgettable.
I genuinely enjoyed my stay here, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo. It’s an exceptional experience in a stunning city with some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

You gotta try this place! Seriously recommend it. The service is amazing, and the view? Incredible! Plus, they have a free shuttle to and from town, which is super convenient. Breakfast was great, and they even have a nice photographer.

Experienced exceptional service and hospitality. On top of that the room is huge and spacious and has the best views. It was just nice to spend time relaxing in the room. The location is a little out of the way but they provide free shuttle service to the main bustling area which made it convenient. Personally I like it away from all the hustle bustle. Wish the pools are heated so that we can enjoy a dip. The exterior and photo places have quite abit of maintenance work required. But overall is worthwhile to stay here

The views from the hotel are amazing and only surpassed by the even more amazing staff! From the moment you book the staff are so nice and helpful with anything you need from hotel amenities to helping to book transport and experiences. Not to mention they get a better deal if they book for you saving you money.

The hotel was amazing, had everything we need, very fast, helped book our excursions and was so beautiful. 菜菜 caicai, the photographer was amazing did a great job taking photos of us, I would recommend it to everyone. Only thing lacking is the gym, I wish they had more equipment for people who did weight lifting.
