LIANGSU Hotel (Yangshuo Shili Gallery & Yulong Liver)

First of all as a foreigner tourist!! I was shocked that no one speaks English :( they just use translation which really annoying for us but overall We enjoyed they view and the place and the photographer was amazing

After doing a ton of research on hotels in Yangshuo we landed in this one based on the ratings, pictures and private pool. We were not disappointed!! This place is fun and quirky. The staff are very nice and Xiao Xu, Li Xiao, Caicai were all very helpful.

The hotel was situation in the most scenic spot in Yangshuo. The staff are really caring and attentive. I didn’t have a local phone number and we communicated throughout using Wechat which worked perfectly. The noodles at breakfast was superb! They delivered daily fruits and night time dessert to our room. Plenty of water and drinks in the room. The 30 minute free photography session was great. The photographer was XiaoMo 小莫。 The 管家 Service was so attentive. 小顾Lynn and 覃西西Xixi thank you for making our stay amazing. We didn’t try their afternoon tea since we were out. The view from the room is unbeatable. We stayed in Block 8. Hotel transfer and pick to West Street was also very helpful.

Excellent hotel, nice location with a great view, very nice food, pool and lots of other ways to keep the kids entertained. Staff are very helpful and friendly, some even speak English (and for those that don’t it was easy to communicate via wechat app). The hotel can also arrange for a free shuttle to Yangshuo town, which is great. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back again in a few months

Many thanks to 小容和西西,她们有求必应，无微不至，细心的很！Location was a bit far from the main street but there's free ride offered by the hotel all the way up to west street. Is good location if you want lots of quiet and peace. It's definitely a five-star hotel to me in terms of room, scenery, and hotel service! There's not many amenities, but we weren't bordered by it because the scenic view is all we needed!

We had a fantastic experience at the Liangsu hotel and we’d love to come back to visit again one day. Since the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and worked really hard to make our stay a special and memorable one. This is a luxury hotel but the staff made our stay a really personable experience with their kindness and care. From the little treats they provided us (thank you for the cake and balloons to celebrate our engagement!) to helping us book tickets to local attractions, they always tried hard to support us with our requests. As a couple from Spain and the UK, we were able to communicate easily with staff and they always tried to improve our experience. Our favourite things about the hotel: - Amazing room - Fantastic staff (a big shoutout to Lynn and Xixi, as well as our photographer Caicai) - Great breakfast - Very good location We’d recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Yangshuo, it’s a fantastic option.
