One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in China! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Xiao Gu and Xiao Qin for making our stay extra comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the late-night dessert - we looked forward to it every night. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

A truly wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. They were super helpful and kind The rooms are beautiful and the views are fantastic. The hotel staff are super helpful and offer all the help that they can in terms of what to do in the local area. and in terms of helping with food and drinks and everything like that Fantastic plaplaand could not recommend it highly enougly Will share with all friends.

Amazing stay at the hotel, highly recommended! Staff were friendly and approachable, rooms were cozy and clean, service was prompt and efficient! Views in the area were stunning as well. Free shuttle to 西街 made it really convenient too, otherwise can also rent a scooter to explore the area.
Special shoutout to 小薇，小顾，勤勤 for their help throughout. They were really patient with us and always checking in on WeChat if we needed anything. Really prompt and willing to help us with almost all our requests - giving us information on certain attractions when needed, helping us book the van/buggy between locations, giving us dessert, checking in on us throughout. Loved our stay here and would return back if ever in the area again. Price is on the higher end but for whatever is provided, you won't regret it one bit, it's worth every single dollar!

Lovely hotel in the heart of 10 Mile Gallery. Views of the mountains are amazing. We booked 2 rooms, one in block 8 and block 2 (main building) and stayed for 3 nights. Both rooms were great. We didn't realise that block 8 was a 10 min walk through the village away from main reception. But the staff provide a round the clock buggy service to help get around. Communication is instant on WeChat with the front desk and reception and they are always happy to help. Of note 管家小苏 and 小顾 provided excellent service.
There is also an wonderful Chinese restaurant at the main building with home styled dishes. We ate there everyday!!
Amenities wise there is also a basement gym with kids play area and a table tennis table 👍. Definitely a great place if you're visiting Yangshuo and 十里画廊。

Overall hotel, staff & location was perfect. Very close to many activities & hotel arranged transport & tickets to most. Staff worked extremely hard to ensure we were really looked after. Choice of two pools onsite & very good restaurant in main building … there are new developments being built at the front of the hotel, but this did not impact our stay at all. Will definitely return
