I was in room 211 where I had a little balcony looking onto the river and nearby mountains. It was perfect. No complaints whatsoever, everything was better than I expected, the view, the service, and the food, you name it. Nothing was too much for the staff who were able to help in English. Only a slow 10 mins walk away from west street and all the restaurants you need. Also appreciated afternoon tea provided on the 5th floor. Overall an amazing stay and I’ll definitely be back.

Perfect stay! Fantastic view of the river and mountains from the coffee bar. Comfy bed and pillows, great air con. 15minute walk to West Street. Staff were really helpful to book tours.

The scenery from the room is beautiful. The location is not too far from Xi Jie / West Street. The food is quite delicious too!
