The lady at the front desk was very friendly and willing to assist guests. However, she did not tell guests before check-in that there were large-scale projects in front and behind the hotel, which seriously affected the view of the room. It was a mess. It cost more than $400 a night, facing a large construction site, with big holes in front of the door, and had to be cautious at every step. The cost performance was very low, and the driver Shi treated me rudely, which made the experience very bad. I would like to thank Mr. Peng, the room manager of trip.com, for handling this case for me. I hope this will serve as a reminder to other guests visiting Yangshuo. I suggest staying in Xiatangsai as it has a nice view, many restaurants, and is very convenient to Yulong River Zhuobo. I personally went to the Rice Field Time Town to investigate and found that it was only $172 a night, which was a good value for money.

The B&B is in a small village with beautiful natural environment. We booked two balcony rooms. The front desk lady helped us upgrade to the two best rooms. I give 100 points for the view alone. There is an elevator inside the hotel, which is very friendly to the elderly. The room is clean. There are welcome fruits and drinks. They also provide disposable toilet seat covers. I think it is very clean, but I like your thoughtfulness! A small suggestion is that the room 602 can add a makeup mirror. The mirror on the sink is too far away and in the dark. Another one is that the shower room can add a towel rack. The front desk lady and the driver are very thoughtful. I booked a car for the elderly to the hotel. The front desk lady will also help take a picture of the license plate number to confirm whether it is the car I booked. She also helped me book a car to the airport.
