早上7點多出去吃個早點，8點左右回酒店，到房間門口看門直接給我打開，幾千的現金放包裏就直接給我打開房門，況且我也還沒退房！你們家就這樣做的？不退房去給客户打開房門，要是錢丟了我找你們要？那麼不負責任隨隨便便去開門？開了房門難道不會看有包還放在裏面東西還沒收拾嗎？都是些什麼東西？體驗感極其差！

宰客太誇張了，三間房1650元，平均一個房間500+，現在點擊進去才一百多，節假日貴一點是正常的，關鍵現在貴三四倍～～重點是訂房後不讓人取消，跟他們解釋了陽朔那天大塞車，28公里要四個小時通行，告知取消訂單要收取50%的手續費，也就是要扣取我八百多的費用，大千世界第一次遇到這麼宰客的酒店～～

環境：樓下各種飯店，超市。自助洗衣房比較大
