This is a very quiet, clean and accommodating hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We asked for a King bed but it appears to be 2 queens (by North American standards). The beds are enormous! Please request for a non-smoking room if you detest smoking. We had a room with a balcony and view of the mountains and river. The other rooms had a tiny window, so upgrade to this room if your budget allows. There is complimentary bottled drinking water in the rooms and a complimentary drink upon arrival. The staff are very professional but do not really speak English. Bring a translator App. It’s very central and you can easily walk to the nightlife on West Street in 10 minutes. I would stay here again!

Absolutely amazing hotel accommodation experience, I will definitely be coming back.

This hotel has nice rooms, we enjoyed the river view in particular. Location is great, very close to old town. Rooms and the public areas are well maintained in general. On the negative side, the service is OK, it is visibly not very enthuastic. The hotel has also some shabby stuff such as the "coffee shop/bar", some closed doors to garden without explanation, lights turned off in some public areas etc. Anyways, overall a good experience.

An old yet pleasant local 5 star hotel

The room is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The balcony has a good view and it takes about ten minutes to walk to West Street. There are many places to eat nearby. The service is thoughtful and there are some popular photo spots in the hotel.

Staying here feels like staying in an old express hotel. The room is small, dimly lit, the facilities are old, and the bathroom cubicle is leaking. It doesn't feel like a vacation, but more like a "relationship" hotel customized by a business travel unit. It feels like a business trip. I couldn't stay there for one night, so I checked out and stayed in a homestay. The hotel air conditioning was cold and unbearable. It started to rain heavily after arriving at the hotel. The hotel seemed to have raised the air conditioning temperature uniformly, which made it better. Yes, it feels like the air conditioning in the room cannot be controlled independently. I caught a cold after staying for one night, and I started to have a sore throat and cough the next day. The service is fine and up to the standard, but how much service can I enjoy? . We took a tour of the beautiful scenery mentioned by the "battery car" driver in the back garden. The ground was covered with moss. The scenery was large but neglected, which ruined the good scenery. Let's talk about the free drinks. The juice was not freshly squeezed at all, but mixed with drinks. In short, it felt like a business trip

The hotel is a bit old, but everything is well maintained and clean. The waiters are friendly. The cleaning ladies are smiling. The room I stayed in had sunlight and a view of the river.

The first time I visited Yangshuo, Guilin with my son, I stayed at ** River View Hotel, which is located near West Street, quiet in the bustling city. The balcony of the room I stayed in can see the Li River. The lobby is elegantly decorated, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is varied, and the hotel provides cleaning and water delivery services upon request. I was very satisfied with the experience.
