Our stay at Rosewood hotel was excellent. The perfect location, and the perfect hospitality. It is right in the middle of Xingping Ancient Town but also the hotel has maintained its quiet corner. Great help from everyone at the hotel at anytime of the day. Very kind and attentive owners. They helped us book our boat tours and also offered a very kind late checkout on a very cold day. Will come back to stay here again in summer.

The staff is very helpful, they suggested us how to visit the interest points that we wanted and they went far and beyond for us to have breakfast even though we were leaving very early. The restaurant of the hotel is good and the staff speaks good English.

Very convenient location, you can access to another entrance which is located inside Xing Ping Old town. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Even there is no elevator, the staff is very helpful to carry my luggage, escort me to my room and assist me to book the tickets for bamboo rafting.

We decided to to to the hotel because of the very nice landscape around and closeness to the river port. However, in the first evening we discovered cockroaches close to the fridge and another dead one under one bed. We survived the night and left immediately after breakfast. Fortunately we got a refund for two nights. The hotel is barely heated in winter (we were freezing at breakfast). The corridors are not clean. It's a pitty because the garden is nice and the surroundings really attractive.

The hotel was very nice. The room was amazing. It’s locations was close to old town streets and pier, only 10 minutes drive to Yangshuo station. Staff was helpful and they have a nice lounge/bar. There is a restaurant inside and the breakfast could be a Chinese noodles style or ocidental. Both good but not many options. We highly recommend.
