A quiet villa perfect for couples. Service was tip top, can get the butler to come over almost immediately. The staff were very polite and helpful as well

This place is impeccable:
1. Our concierge literally responded in less than 5 minutes EVERY TIME. Whenever we need to go somewhere, they called a cart for us almost immediately. They also responded to other nuances quickly, such as hot water, WiFi, everyday issues.
2. The breakfast and afternoon tea are amazing. Everything is FRESHLY made, not pre-packaged food. We, a bunch of 20+’s, fell in love with their chips and fried fish. The fried fish is so good!
3. What really impressed us was that we left an AirPod in the room - they informed us almost immediately before we left. Very honest and attentive people!
4. When we left, the rain was pouring - they were really helpful on loading the luggages, even in very heavy rain to our car. Even with such impeccable services, they never came to bother us “give us a good review on the platform”. So I can assume all reviews here are very honest.
Not to mention the beautiful views and the clean pools. We’d definitely come back again!

What a wonderful little diamond in the rough, these villas are set in absolutely stunning surroundings, the photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious, well appointed villas with seperate lounge / dining and private pool it’s an ideal location for relaxing and staying put. The service is excellent, there are English speakers always at hand to assist you with any excursions, the restaurant, breakfast / afternoon tea and room service were all decent. It was a great place to stay we had a really enjoyable experience.

The hotel enjoys a secluded area off-limits to tourists, boasting a spacious lawn surrounded by lush greenery and verdant hills. The decor is elegant and simple, with excellent soundproofing and privacy. The housekeepers responded instantly, and the room and shuttle service were incredibly efficient. Breakfast is made to order, exquisitely presented, and the set menu selection is plentiful.
Cons: Some amenities didn't match the room rate. The room lacked essential information like an activity guide and shuttle schedule. The living room had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke; an aromatherapy diffuser would be recommended.

One of the two best hotels in Yangshuo is Xiangzhang Huaping. The butler service is quick and responsive, with individual room assignments. The two-bedroom, one-living room room has a beautiful mountain view from the pool. The room was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the free electric buggies were provided for commuting. It's close to West Street and the Ten-Mile Gallery. A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains is a 50-minute drive away.

Recommended! After comparing online, I booked this hotel, and it's undoubtedly the best in Yangshuo. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast specials were great, including the beer-battered fish and casserole lamb pot. The afternoon tea was average. For short trips, electric bikes are very convenient. For more distant attractions, chartering a car is recommended. You can also grab a good spot to watch the sunrise from Xianggong Mountain early in the morning. We were also impressed by the hotel's homemade cinnamon cookies and authentic Balinese spa. Also, the Banyan Tree Scenic Area is nearby, and helicopters and hot air balloons are also available, which are both great experiences.

The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. My kids had a blast and I'd definitely stay here again. It's close to all the surrounding attractions, so I can ride an electric scooter for fun. I also have the opportunity to fish, which my kids loved.

The room was very comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful, like a small scenic spot. The housekeeping service was very attentive, the room amenities were well-equipped, and every staff member was very welcoming. The hotel even extended one of our rooms to check out at 2:00 PM, which was very much appreciated. Our travel photographer, Xiao Zeng, was very helpful and had a great way of engaging the children, which is highly commendable. Overall, Xiangzhang Huaping left us with wonderful memories and is highly recommended!
