The staff at Lisa’s Hotel was super friendly and helpful with all our questions we had. they helped us planning a route we went on with bicycles we rent right at the hotel for the whole day. The staff was available on WeChat if we had any further questions or needed help. The hotel room was great. We slept like babies! Walking distance to the center of the city.
Highly recommended from the couple from Germany :)

Great hotel in central Yangshuo. The staff here are really friendly and keen to help. Tastefully decorated, modern rooms. We had a freestanding bath in our room which was great. Also the shower was excellent. Good Thai breakfast with noodles - although no western options so if that is an issue then maybe seek alternative options for breakfast. Would recommend.

3. we enjoy having the coffee & tea in the lobby ( free for hotel guests )
4. the local style breakfast is simply amazing and tasty. we enjoy it despite we are from Europe.

Small hotel, beautifully decorated in public areas. Room size was less than desired.
Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main tourist area at West End Street. Easy access to Didi cars.
Breakfast was a good spread, plentiful to eat and served in individual portions.
Laundry area was badly maintained, dirty, dusty and placed away in a dingy area. Hence, family had to forgo use of laundry facilities during our stay there.

I was really impressed with Lisa’s hotel. The hotel is about a 7 min walk from the boat landing in Yangshuo. Kelly was there to check me in and had great English skills. She was very helpful in booking tours for me and watching out for me. I had some issues with a scooter and she took care of them and asked how I was doing. You can walk to the main restaurant area in 10 mins or less. The room was tidy. When I found some dirt, Kelly offered to change the room for me. I would stay here again.

open since 1982 this hotel breathes the charm of a long-timer however the rooms are freshly renovated and have a nice Japanese style. The Restaurant offers top Thai Cuisine. A wonderful place top start adventures in Yangshuo

Location: 2 minutes walk to West Street, very convenient
Dining: There are too many restaurants downstairs to count, with many choices and variety
Parking: Free parking in the hotel
Hotel environment: There are Thai restaurants and SPA shops in the hotel. We stayed in a tatami room, which was very comfortable. Fruits, snacks, coffee were also prepared. What's more considerate is that there are disposable face towels. What surprised me was that there was also a facial mask. The waiter was also very considerate to take us to the room and left after the air conditioner was turned on. The hotel also provides guests with free cheongsams for taking photos. In short, it is a very good stay experience and worth recommending

The hotel is very quiet and historical on the side of West Street. I stayed in a starry sky king-size bed room with a beautiful terrace and a super large bathtub. Free fruit and afternoon tea were provided. The cafe and Thai restaurant downstairs were beautiful for taking photos. Unfortunately, I was a bit rushed and didn't have time to take a photo of myself in cheongsam.
