一間房間馬桶不沖水（故障），沒有24小時熱水，等一個小時熱水還衹是温水，態度聊天的時候很正常，然後我們定了兩間房，沒有分開定，我們臨時有事就決定退房，結果和我們説衹退一間房的錢，我們商量賠償百分之三十，死活不答應，欺負咱們外地來的，攜程客服很好，為了把我們的損失降低補償了我們一百塊錢現金

整體房間還行 對得起價格 開窗能看見山 離西街也不遠
走路10幾分鐘能到
送了早餐券，但是不好吃😂

停車方便，充電站很近，前台帥哥還幫忙拔電停回酒店附近，服務周到。住宿環境不錯，酒店在路邊但是晚上很安靜，來的時候正逢下雨，煙雨濛濛，美。下次有機會再來！

房間訂錯了前台很耐心的幫調整，這裏交通挺方便，服務和衞生還不錯，房間採光和通風都很滿意，性價比高，窗外的風景也不錯，有山有水。

乾淨衞生的酒店，挺温馨的。服務員態度也很好！交通也方便，可以叫客運陽朔班汽車直接停在酒店門口！下次來還選擇這裏。
