Yaste Hotel (Yangshuo West Street Park Branch)

I usually don't give bad reviews unless it's really bad. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in when I visited Guilin. The service attitude of the front desk waitress who was on the day shift on June 21st was so bad that it's hard to describe in words. She looked very impatient, as if others owed her something. She didn't look like someone who works in the hotel service industry. Professional waiters in regular hotels wouldn't be like this. The beautiful waitress who finished work that day was very worthy of praise and gave me some fruit. Her service attitude was also very good, and you could tell she had received professional training. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very bad. The room is arranged in a corner room on the second floor. The signal changes from 5G to 4G and finally can't answer the phone. When you ask at the front desk, you will be told that "the signal here is always very poor". That's fine, I can still connect to the Internet. As soon as I get out of the elevator corridor, a musty smell hits me. When I enter the room, there is also a musty smell. The linens are damp and I can't sleep. The sound insulation effect is very poor. The sound from the next door didn't stop until the early morning. Anyway, I didn't sleep all night. I was busy dozing off during the day. I didn't have the energy to relax and have fun. The breakfast is also very poor and there are few varieties. I have to go to the window to ask for eggs. I am really speechless. The scenery of Guilin and Yangshuo is really beautiful. The uncanny workmanship of nature is really unique. I will visit again in the future, but I will never choose this wonderful hotel again. I advise everyone to choose money carefully.
