The hotel is next to the bus station, but the noise isn't a big deal. The overall facilities are quite new, with a spacious, partially above-ground parking lot and charging stations. The room decor and linens are also relatively new, and the amenities are excellent. However, there were two truly unpleasant issues with my stay. First, the room design: the toilet area is completely open, a completely new experience. Whether it's due to cost control or a need for openness to create a larger room, there are other solutions. The insistence on openness is unsanitary and inconvenient. Furthermore, to save space, there are no tables or chairs, so you have to squat on the floor to eat. While this isn't the hotel's fault (the product information is accompanied by photos), we didn't notice it when we chose the hotel. However, for a Marriott-owned chain with such a large clientele, it's truly unacceptable to design a boutique hotel this way. Second, the service is seriously flawed. There's no handover between shifts, and the staff aren't clear about the hotel's service standards or the hotel's general situation. The feedback from the previous and next shifts is conflicting, and the lack of training makes for a truly poor guest experience. The management seems a bit incompetent. We chose the hotel because of the chain, assuming it would provide basic security, but the experience was far from satisfactory.

When traveling by car in Guangxi, I had to choose an international chain hotel. I was a little nervous at first after seeing some negative reviews, considering I was traveling with children on summer vacation. However, after checking in, it was very clean, the front desk was very polite, and I even upgraded my room. The breakfast was standard, with everything we wanted, and the quality was guaranteed. Most importantly, the price was reasonable. My group of six was very satisfied with the hotel. It was not far from the scenic spots, and we went to West Street, bamboo rafting, and even found a horseback riding field. The hotel parking was long, spacious, and convenient. However, I have a small suggestion: the laundry room should have 2 washers and 2 dryers. Can it be expanded? The waiting time is a bit long with more rooms.

I stayed for two nights. I was very satisfied with the room on the first night. The room 3001 assigned to me on the second night was terrible. The toilet lid moved around and the toilet door was also shaking. It was already very late when we checked in. My husband said he didn't want to bother with it so he just stayed. But the sink, I wanted to wash the towel, but the water outlet wouldn't come up after I pressed it down. It directly affected our morning washing. I was really speechless. But to be honest, if you are traveling by car, you can still choose this hotel because the location is really good, it is convenient to go anywhere, and parking is also very convenient~

Fairfield by Marriott 🏨 You can see it as soon as you enter Yangshuo. The location is easy to find. It is very convenient to go to West Street and Qianguqing. It is next to the station and you can take a bus to the high-speed rail station and the airport.

Generally speaking, it is good, but the chair in the room is not very comfortable, and the attitude of some of the front desk staff is also average. The restaurant is generally good like Marriott's food. It is newly opened and still has a little smell. At night, when there are many people in the corridor, the air conditioning is turned on and the smell is much less. Overall, I am satisfied. It is also very close to Qianguqing. If you have a car, I am not far from West Street. It is quieter than living in West Street
