Good location. Just a short walk to West Street. My gal accidentally spilled drinks onto her bed, hence we had to call for cleaning services. Despite the additional work, the cleaning lady remained professional and cheerful. Top notched service and comfortable stay. Reception also provided good advice when I had to check out a day earlier for the next destination. Breakfast was also satisfying. Overall a good stay. Would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was super clean, the free tea in the room was actually really good, and the bed was super comfy. Check-in and check-out were both really quick and smooth. We accidentally left a facial cleanser behind, and the hotel messaged us with a picture asking if we wanted it sent back—such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean room with good location, close to West Street. Although the staff does not speak English they tried their best to help. Breakfast was good and the selection of Chinese food was broad.

It’s a new hotel and it’s very well situated near all the action on West Street. It’s not noisy at all at night. It exceeded my expectations and it was utterly clean which is sorry to say rare in the suburbs of China. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but with quite limited English for any foreign travellers book on Trip.com print out your confirmation and it should be fine.. I should mention the breakfast was also very good - see photos. The exact hotel chain is building an even bigger one on the corner a few blocks away it should be ready in maybe 3 to 5 months definitely in 2024 probably for a Fall & winter bookings.

Very nice hotel, great location. Nordic/Japanese minimalist. Super helpful service, reception helped resolve a problem with an excursion to fix pickup. Highly recommended

When I came to Yangshuo for a trip, I was always struggling about which hotel to stay in. I saw the Guilin Yangshuo West Street Hotel, which was newly opened and had a good location, close to West Street but not in a congested area. The room was clean and hygienic, the service was thoughtful, and the breakfast was very delicious. It left us with a good impression of our trip in Yangshuo. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel chain when you come to Yangshuo!
