I went there for the environment and the opportunity to feed the animals. The environment was really nice and quiet, and the lights were beautiful at night. But the details are very ordinary. The parent-child room we stayed in was bigger than the others, but it didn't even have a sofa or a coffee table. We had to bring in the beach chairs from outside to sit on. If we had a lot of things, we could only put them on the floor or move the camping chairs from outside in. Fortunately, the staff's attitude was good and they helped with the luggage. Secondly, the light is really too dim, and there is no bedside lamp. I can only turn on the bathroom light all night, for fear that the elderly at home may fall when going to the bathroom. Finally, the hygiene was the issue. The toilet floor and cabinet were moldy, and there wasn't even a disposable toilet cover. Fortunately, I usually bring a pack when traveling, and I really used it this time. The toilet smelled so bad that it was the worst of any tent hotel I've ever been to. Finally, the ones feeding the alpacas were not owned by the same boss. I wanted to buy one and let my kids in to play feeding the alpacas. There were three adults and one child in our group, but the uncle insisted that we buy two before letting us in. When I asked him why, he couldn't explain it, and just said that you guys were worried about him going in alone. I asked him if he charged per person? If there were four of us, he should charge us for four servings, but he didn't dare to say that it was charged per person, so he just asked us to buy two servings. Anyway, feeding them was a really bad experience. Another thing is breakfast. I can understand that there are fewer customers these days and the food is served individually, but if you eat breakfast outdoors in this weather, the food will get cold quickly. Don’t you consider the problem of the customers being cold at all? At least there should be an indoor place. Knowing that there are few people, it is okay to move it to the front desk. At least give guests the choice of outdoor and indoor places. Anyway, it is better to deliver it to the room and collect it after eating. It will be better.
