入住之前明碼標價，按金二百，退房的時候，要打掃費150，電費，300東西也丟了，責任推的遠遠的，建議外地人還是入住正規酒店，一句話概括，海燕，你可長點心吧

位置找不到，我是陽山人進去找半天，沒洗頭水自己下去拿，從沒見過這麼差的洗頭水。客廳歺桌是一堆黴點！位置一般，看內景。

冰箱發黴，還有其他留下的腐爛的菜，另外客廳沒有空調，電扇兩台都是壞的，悶熱。停車不免費，但也便宜過夜才3塊錢。很多設備都不靈光，抽風機和廁所燈開關接觸不良，時有時無，房間有楊灰。

真的非常好。出發前導航顯示路程3小時多想着晚上10點左右就能到，結果越走越堵到了凌晨1點才到。房東那邊非常貼心，大晚上1點多還來處理門禁問題。
房子也很好，舒適温馨乾淨，和圖片介紹的一樣，可以放心入住
