生日和朋友相約再次來到朋友老家遊玩，還是住在維也納酒店，酒店工作人員很熱情和很暖心，入住給我們送了雪耳糖水，還準備了生日禮物，很是驚喜，第一次住酒店收到這樣暖心的禮物，感謝陽山維也納酒店的工作人員，讓我過了一個有意義的生日[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

每一次旅行都能收穫不一樣的風景，陽山的鄉村景色真的很美，特別是雲海，這次來陽山天氣不太好就沒有登山，下次計劃再來實現。每次來都住在這個酒店，還不錯，人員很熱情，連鎖酒店的衞生還是比較有保障的。

再一次和朋友來陽山感受秋天的風景和品嚐當地的美食，很遺憾成記牛雜店沒開，酒店工作人員説他們放假7天出去旅遊了。酒店還是挺熱情，本來計劃再住一晚，朋友説改去惠州，衹能下次有時間再過來了。

今天收到了酒店的回訪電話，詢問了前期入住酒店的一些反饋，想了下還是決定做下入住評價：
環境：還挺方便，旁邊是步行街，晚上人也比較多，小吃也多；
裝修：和傳統維也納不太一樣，印象中的維也納是米黃色裝修，這裏的裝修幾乎是米白色，地毯有點舊；
設備：有點舊，特別是停車場，有點起皮，無充電樁；
服務：很好，有問必答，也很熱情介紹陽山周邊的景點和美食；
推薦：成記牛雜、陽明餐館、徐記糖水、步行街小吃店
建議：早餐還有很大提升空間（補了差價，品種不是很多），沒有健身設備

附近風景挺好，靠近北山古寺，早上可以散步過去看看，吃的東西很多，真是每一處地方都藏着驚喜。停車場較大，但裝修老舊，周邊步行街，吃宿方便，三樓新開酒樓，種類很多。服務方面很不錯，床有點對着鏡子，這個不太習慣

同學聚會受邀請過來陽山一聚，本來朋友已經訂好房間的，不想朋友花錢自己在平台上訂了一間，酒店和其他維也納有點不一樣，主要是裝修方面稍弱一些，服務方面體現了連鎖品牌的優勢，很主動和暖心，得知我過兩天過生日，入住的時候給我贈送了一份小禮物，晚安還給我安排了晚安糖水，早上退房的時候，在大堂等朋友一起喝茶，還遇上了她們的早會培訓，確實把客户的感受放在第一位，雖然硬件有劣勢，但她們真的很用心去經營一家店，現在很少酒店能真正把客人當成家人一樣對待，維也納的這個服務必須點個贊[強]

酒店應該有幾年了，保養還可以，停車場很舊，像泡過水，應該要翻新下，工作人員挺熱情主動，連不上網絡也第一時間為我們處理。聽聞陽山雞比較有名氣，經酒店工作人員介紹去了連鄉別院這個餐飲店，環境挺不錯的，讓人很舒服

同幾個朋友從英德一路向北，到陽山維也納酒店，酒店很大，參觀房間還可以，經過大家一致同意後決定在維也納住下，洗手間有點舊，還好不影響使用，工作人員很熱情，也很主動，美食方面個人覺得英德那邊合口味一點😀

總體滿意吧，風景挺不錯，入住的時候剛好遇上窗外的落日風景，房間衞生也還可以，毛巾比較新，比以前住過的酒店好多了，晚上有大堂經理給我們送糖水，這種暖心服務還是第一次看到，不足之處的話，洗護用品應該要換換了
