這次入住的酒店真是讓人驚喜連連！房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨舒適，細節之處也盡顯品質。床品柔軟舒適，讓我睡得十分香甜。早餐種類豐富，味道美味，讓人吃得滿足又開心。酒店的服務人員更是態度熱情周到，讓我感到賓至如歸。這次入住體驗極佳，下次旅行還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦給各位朋友！

特別特別好的體驗，跟閨蜜出來玩，沒有標間但是為了私湯定了大床房，進去房間跟商家圖片一模一樣，設施齊全主要是池子夠大而且放水真的很快，燈光陳設都很有意境，為了泡澡還多待了一天，退房的時候略有一點小問題但是店裡人都很耐心且認真的幫忙解決了，其他小問題都可以忽略，客房服務也很貼心，真的要誇一下客房的小哥，有機會來陽泉的話一定還會住這家，已經推薦給山西的朋友了

最糟糕的一次體驗，差評送給樂湯滙。訂的私湯房，辦理入住的時候前台不告知私湯不可使用，沒有盡到應盡的告知義務。早餐九點畢餐，據我所知九點畢餐的意思是九點開始停止營業，而不是不到九點鐘把盤子收的精光，連個菜葉子都看不到。許多客人撲了空，真的很無語。 酒店品牌很好，老闆把樂湯滙開在陽泉的初心也很好，但是這個口碑，是不是會被這些不盡責的服務人員搞爛！望酒店加強人員培訓，一路長虹吧。

很喜歡，環境很好，走廊有淡淡的香味，還有早餐，早餐品種再多一些就好了！將私湯設定在房間裏很有創意，就是價格再優惠一些就好了！總體很不錯
