去之前看評論裏都説這個酒店有頭髮，我最煩頭髮了，就怕中招，果然，我們衞生間地上很多頭髮，不止一根，不能細看。等打掃的阿姨來了，用鞋刷樣的東西把地上的頭髮颳了我就明白是為啥了，我感覺刷子就掛不住頭髮，其實還是沒弄乾凈。這個酒店早餐很棒，設施我覺得也沒有老舊，還可以，空調雖然不是中央空調也很好用，而且陽泉晚上很涼快。就是感覺管理辦法老舊，比如1.阿姨用鞋刷掛頭髮，2.前台服務態度不熱情，一個個事不關己的樣子，3.一個房間衹能有四瓶水，雖然我們定的三人間，我又要了兩瓶，還被服務員告知最多四瓶。總之這個房間整體不錯，我能説這麼多也是希望店家改進，下次來娘子關還會選擇。早餐最愛了附上三張圖片

酒店位於市中心，旁邊有個保晉公園，可以一路上攀，過了大連路就是北山公園，值得一去。酒店早餐挺好的。衞生很好，值得一提的是服務員小高，對待工作非常認真，我們入住時房間還在打掃，小高非常認真的打掃着每處角落，更換布草很嫻熟，待客熱情，點贊！到酒店後的晚餐我們是在酒店二樓，酒店性價比高，下次還會入住這裏。

設施：一般酒店還有的也都有，下樓就是商圈，購物吃飯都很方便，還守着沃爾瑪！
衞生：衞生做的也可以！布草也都説的過去！枕頭和床睡的也還算舒服！
就餐：酒店早餐也有一些山西特色，炒麪偏酸口味的挺好吃的！
服務：服務也還可以，之所以給五星是結合價格，性價比還是不錯的，畢竟一百多的房價包含雙早，就可以了！

房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全，有體重稱，交了按金，房間內有可消費食品，洗漱用品，布草還算乾淨，房間空氣還好，有WiFi ，較流暢，早餐不錯，品種多，可口美味，需要改進的是房間踢腳線土太大，清潔度不夠。

就是假如停地下車庫的話要比較麻煩一點聽到樓下也非常不錯非常方便吃飯呀嗯逛逛超市呀樓下都有非常方便停車聽到樓錢也可以聽到地下停車場就是有點麻煩。

首先説優點，位置好
缺點：服務差，態度差
連住多次老顧客，就這態度？
衞生特差，毛巾上都是女士頭髮，看着就不想用
地下停車場就一個臭水溝似的，直接讓人窒息
因下午辦事，打電話問前台是否可以延後半小時退房，直接給你整一句，不行？侮辱國際兩個字，無語
如果你從平台下訂單，是區別對待的
