There are a lot of restaurants nearby and plenty of parking, which is nice. However, it is an outdoor parking lot, and the tented parking lot can only accommodate 3 cars, so it may be a bit inconvenient when it rains. The room is very clean, but smells of cigarette smoke. There was also an ashtray in the room. It was nice to be able to freely get coffee beans and bottled water on the first floor.
