The hotel staff are friendly and the services are good. The room is large and clean. The first morning, I ordered black coffee at the breakfast buffet. I ordered black coffee again on the second morning. On the third morning, the staff served me black coffee without a word from me. This shows that they are thoughtful and they remember their guests' preferences.

This is a huge hotel at the central of Yangon, with nearby shopping mall which is very convenience for traveller who need to do some shopping, it also has many food selection in the mall. There is a new wing, but I stayed at the old wing, and you can feel the hotel is old, however it is very well maintain, and clean. I like that the hotel is spacious, and they are many greenery and landscape within the hotel location. Special thanks to Daniel who help to arrange a room with lake view during the check in.

Yes, the staff were very enthusiastic. There was also an offline exchange meeting for entrepreneurs held at the hotel that day. I thought it was a blind date, but I saw a lot of people. After asking the staff, I learned that it was an exchange meeting.
