Perfect location to stay in Pan Pacific Yangon For me, Not the first time i had a great review for this hotel. I had been here several times as it's really the best hotel. Hotel room is cleanliness and comfy bed. And I was really enjoyed buffet breakfast, also I love to sit the bar to chill with my love one. All staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel staff are friendly and the services are good. The room is large and clean. The first morning, I ordered black coffee at the breakfast buffet. I ordered black coffee again on the second morning. On the third morning, the staff served me black coffee without a word from me. This shows that they are thoughtful and they remember their guests' preferences.

No welcome drink . The reception area was abit messy. There’s a lots staffs standing at reception & lobby area, but no use. Inside the hotel room, the small refrigerator was empty and there has no mineral water bottle nor soft drinks . Also the fridge was not cold and although we adjusted the control button. There has no tissue in hotel room. Inside bathrooms, hot/cold water button was spoiled both at shower and basin . We orders dinner from hotel restaurant and Called them to collect the dishes after we ate but never come and collect until the next day we check out.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. It was the best hotel in Yangon where I stayed. We arrived on 29 at 11am, the room was ready and they gave us the room. Our stay there was shorter than we expect, was not the best period to travel, so next day we had to move, we finally found a flight to go back to our country. Even if I paid for a day more, the staff refound us the amount. The rooms are really better thank the pics on Booking. Big rooms (not so usual to find in Yangon), clean and elegantly furnished. On the rooftop we found the wonderful pool, the perfect place to relax ourselves, and forget a little that we had non flight to go back home. There is also the restaurant, where during the morning you can take ur breakfast, lot of choise between salty and sweet. Here u can take also the lunch or the dinner, good prices and nice food. We want to thank the staff for all course our stay here was great, if we will come back to Yangon we definitely come back to your hotel.

I am way, way overdue in writing this review. I had a great regular stay in the hotel, but what really stood out was when I was leaving the country. They gave me another room for free -- for a few hours to rest and take a shower after a long day, and get ready for my long, evening flight out of the country. To me, that is above and beyond.

The hotel is built by Chinese investment, close to Yangon Airport, the surrounding environment is very good, lush trees. Opposite is a large golf course affiliated to the hotel, you can walk. Shopping nearby is not convenient, squatting kyat coins. Dollars, RMB refuses. There are more mosquitoes in the hotel room, it is best to bring your own electric mosquito coil.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The last time I went to Yangon on a business trip was in the middle of last year. At that time, I felt that the hotel was very new because it had just opened. However, it was just in trial operation at that time, and some services were not in place. This second time I came on a business trip, I still chose this hotel. The facilities are excellent and comprehensive. There are restaurants, massages, swimming pools and fitness. This is a huge hotel at the central of Yangon, with nearby shopping mall which is very convenience for traveller who need to do some shopping, it also has many food selection in the mall. There is a new wing, but I stayed at the old wing, and you can feel the hotel is old, however it is very well maintain, and clean. I like that the hotel is spacious, and they are many greenery and landscape within the hotel location. Special thanks to Daniel who help to arrange a room with lake view during the check in.
