I booked a standard twin room. When I slept, I found that there was a pillow in each bed. I called the front desk and asked for an extra pillow. The service staff sent it up and told each pillow to charge 5 yuan, because the cleaning cost. I still have to add money to add a pillow. I have lived in so many hotels. No matter what room I booked, there are basically two pillows per bed. Some even have one or two more in the closet. I like to take one more and sleep. No problem. Because of this episode, the stay experience is greatly discounted.
