Worst place to stay, super rude staff on check-in desk, was able to go inside only with help of police , stay away from this property !!!

老闆熱情幫忙換了海景房，只是房子有些年頭了，裝飾陳舊，主要p區太老了，公寓電梯又慢又壞，幸好住的低，不然爬樓都要暈

離沙灘近。就在十里銀灘邊上。早上可以在房間陽台上曬太陽看日出。樓下吃飯也方便。房間很舒適。不錯體驗

房間很乾凈很大 價格也很便宜 老闆也很可愛 我問他哪裡買菜買海鮮便宜她馬上開車載我去了 因為老闆是本地人便宜了很多錢 島上的風景也很美 爬上風車山看日落超美的 趕海去北汀灣那裡的花甲超級大 也非常肥 北汀人個個都是挖螺高手哈哈哈 下次還來海陵島玩 真的太好玩了

我想給箇中肯的評價！！
停車：方便，就在公寓的樓下地下停車場，停車費真的不貴，2元一小瓶，一天封頂30元
住宿環境：説真的，我一進門真的是驚訝了，跟圖片完全不一樣，期待全沒了！房東也跟我説了可以給我換房，但是樓層會低點，我想了想，這房間都這樣，別的房間也好不到哪裡去，最起碼我房間是22樓，從陽台看下去的海景還是很不錯的，陽台招牌也很不錯，我就沒有換房。雖然房間環境設施都挺老舊的，但是起碼算乾淨的。但是我萬萬沒有想到，晚上看見了一衹大蟑螂……
房間設施：別的不説，房間連沐浴露跟洗髮水都是袋裝的，連瓶裝的都沒有，礦泉水也沒有，需要自己到樓下買哦
周邊：樓下一下樓走到對面就是沙灘了，很方便。吃飯的地方附近有一條街叫玉露天街，我是看攻略去的，去的是新城魚邨這間店，又貴又難吃，明明點的是椒鹽的兩樣東西，都是給我用的豆瓣醬炒了就充當椒鹽，海膽炒飯要180一份，避雷吧別被攜程裏推薦的餐廳坑了
