The location of the room is very good, just beside the Ten Mile Silver Beach, the beach is downstairs from the apartment, the room is comfortable and clean, and the sea is endless!

房間設施老舊，廁所門關不上。衞生堪憂，馬桶圈很臟，浴室玻璃上陳舊污垢。開關也很臟。床頭很多灰塵，洗衣機裏面全是瓜子殼，沒法使用。

一線海景好，生態環境佳，進餐方便，老闆誠信經營。但空調製冷效果差，洗臉枱下水不暢，設施有點老化，服務反應慢。建議改進。

房間陽台180度全海景，入門處是高爾夫園景，景色優美，樓下出小區門口就算免費的海灘了，沙細浪清，經常去海邊散步或者挖蛤蜊，是度假發呆放鬆的好選擇。打開門兩邊空氣對流超級舒服。我定的是雙床的，有大衣櫃，還有寫字辦公桌，網絡一個房間一個路由器，信號很穩，熱水器洗澡也很舒服，空調製冷效果也很好。酒店老闆娘和老闆人很好，很好説話，以後帶女兒老公過來保利銀灘看海還住她家。
