公寓酒店！地理位置的確是可以的，方便！周邊有餐廳商場一體化，唯獨就是停車場🅿️比較難找，進去就像一個迷宮。
房間總體來算是可以的，但始終衞生和設施需要加強，房間牆身都發黴了！洗浴和床是我最欣賞

早餐精緻美味，有浴缸，大床很舒服，適合情侶，親子出遊的話可以住套房，酒店位置在新達城廣場，廣場有電影院，海底撈，日料壽司，韓國烤肉，也有傳統茶餐廳，很多方便，周邊宵夜也很多，都還是很接地氣兒的小吃哦！停車場就在廣場負一二層，入住的時候前台小姐姐都會暖心的問一句有沒有停車，會給停車券的，酒店除了供應早餐，還有下午茶哦，消費滿一定額度會打八折，不會特別貴哦～

房間衞生比較差，設施也比較陳舊，不像開了4年，像開了10年的，早晨是一個簡單的早餐。本來是衝著小童親子房去預訂，感覺不值這個價。而且酒店安全方面做得不足，任何人都可以直接上電梯去到你的樓層和房間。下次出行絕對不會選擇這個酒店，差評，差評，差評

我訂的是親子套房 300 多一晚，在當地實屬偏上的價格，整體感受差，房間有未清理的反肚小強，牆身發黴，淋雨間竟然趟門少了一邊門，完全開放洗澡，小孩洗的滿浴室濕漉漉，空調不能精準調控，一邊房間冷死一邊房間熱死，真不如之前一晚在天堡住 100 多一晚的房。總之下次不會訂這裏

這間智能酒店性價比高，因為這個價錢有早餐但非常一般，食少少可以，同時好再近商場和食店多，所以放棄早餐都冇所謂，房間沒有擺放雪櫃可以問服務員送來，服務到位。因陽江好少旅遊景點，如果下次途經此地都可選擇。

性價比高，值得推薦！附近是商圈吃飯逛街很方便，小孩子很喜歡！床品很舒適！整個房間佈局合理，設施齊全，有個大浴缸免費提供浴缸套！從硬件至軟件都做得比較到位，住得舒適，前台服務方面也不錯的。
