房間還是不錯的，就是服務性一般，我們一行人是4月29日入住，30日晚上8點多吃完飯準備洗碗發現停水，發消息管家沒回，打電話説水管爆了，第二天8點開水，結果5月1日早上依然沒水，我們大大小小接近20個人買的幾大瓶飲用水洗漱，包括做整個別墅衞生。我打電話給管家談補償哪怕是把我買飲用水費給我，竟然説我為什麼不問她們，這樣情況可以不用做衞生的。要收費的時候在廚房上貼着大大的不清潔就收取200元清潔費，請問管家為什麼不主動告知這種情況可以不做衞生呢？哪怕我不做衞生，我們20人需不需要洗漱呢？我們如何洗漱？帶的有長者有小孩。
陽江來了多次，這次的體驗感最差。到1號中午12： 00我們離開別墅依然沒來水，這麼高的温度又去海邊玩，不能洗漱真心接受不了！！！
