房屋交通方便，停車方便，近景點，房間超級乾淨、舒服，通風透氣，高層還有無敵大海景，房東人品超好，還提供買菜加工的服務，收費又合理，等同五星級酒店，住在裏面就像家的感覺，房間裏面裝修夠新穎，顏色搭配非常温馨，廁所很乾凈的，整個房間沒有異味的，樓梯一路上都是很乾凈的，大堂也是非常豪華！值得一住！

房東一家看起來像是以前本地的漁民，都很熱情，見到我們都是樂呵呵的，聽説大叔還是個海鮮大廚，代加工手藝很好，不過我們比較懶買菜沒有體驗到。他們的房子就是離海邊的第二排，有車位，房間乾淨很寬，有陽台，可以勉強看見海，走路一分鐘的事情，我去大角灣游水都是裸奔回來的哈哈哈。我覺得最舒服的是離街市近，走一條街就到內街，那裡東西很平民，沒有坑，我們是衝著海來的，所以吃得也隨便，這裏很便宜。總之對於講究性價比不講究純海景的人，極力推薦，這一百多塊超值！

我不知道五分的評分是怎麼評出來的！不搞衞生的那種！要到住客離店才搞那種。除了離海邊近，五分鐘可到沙灘外，沒有任何亮點。真沒必要住這種民宿。大把的酒店價格差不了多少，起碼衞生好，視野好。

離大海邊很近幾分鐘就到大角灣正門了，民宿環境很乾凈，適合小家庭入住，有單獨衞生間。有電視有空調。屋主的主人還是廚師，買回來的菜給他加工挺好吃。是間很好推存的民宿

這家民宿不錯 ，環境乾淨整潔 ，價格便宜，住的舒服，離沙灘近，換好衣服直接走過去浴場幾分鐘 ，到特產街近 ，店家大叔廚藝很不錯 ，海鮮自買叫叔叔加工絕對比大排檔吃的開心 實在，最起碼不會被人家坑 ，這次來海陵島 吃的開心 玩的開心 。

這次帶着家人一起來 ，進到房間感覺很好 ，房間寬敞衞生 ，距離沙灘市場都很近 ，老闆還給我們介紹了很多玩遊攻略 ，幸運訂到便宜位置又好的民宿 ，到各打卡點都近，房東大叔非常熱情好客 ，最大的特點就是會弄海鮮特別好吃，到市場買回來 叫陳叔幫忙加工 ，比在外邊划算 又好吃 ，收加工費

大家訂房時要注意！！！，雖然位置比較方便可是老闆有點黑，凌晨3點入住，本來看着網上訂的價格實惠，結果到地方了老闆坐地起價，比網上的價格貴了幾十塊，看着我們是年輕人好欺負，雖然衹是幾十塊可是感覺被坑了，太不靠譜了！

設施老舊，而且老闆的媽媽兇兇的，我們是去消費的，又不是看臉色的，況且還沒給他們添任何麻煩。別説老年人就應該聲音大什麼的，要吃服務行業這碗飯，就該有基本的服務意識

這次旅行很開心，像家一樣的感覺，旅館走出去幾十米就是沙灘 ，晚上吃完飯民宿走出1分鐘到大角灣夜灘看看 很熱鬧 ！很放鬆！離市場、 超市很方便，大家都非常滿意，最主要是房間很乾凈，夠大夠通風，最重要可以買海鮮回來加工，陳叔手藝非常好，游完水回來吃，吃完逛逛特產街，這一帶人氣很旺，去哪個景點打卡 這邊是最方便 ！下次還來 ！
