衝著後花園的沙灘來的，沒想到踩了大雷，房間的智能感應門鎖是壞的，衹能用原始的鑰匙開門。沒電梯，上上下下每次都要爬樓梯，拖家帶口的很不方便，娃都問我為什麼沒有電梯。房間很小，最多18-20平。跟招待所差不多。想多拿一床被子要加40塊，多要一條浴巾都説沒有。毫無服務可言。衞生：房間地面有細沙子，房間牆面多處損壞，連衞生間的門把手都是掉皮的。我們只是路過湊合住一晚，國慶漲價也能理解，晚上九點多才到民宿辦入住的，在沙灘玩到十一點回房間休息，可是隔音太差啦，外面好吵。娃被吵醒兩次，然後醒了跟我説睡不着。。。晚上到凌晨一點多還有人在大堂大聲説話，三樓聽得清清楚楚，早上七八點。別的房間開門跟上下樓的走路聲都聽得清清楚楚。大人小孩都完全睡不好！！！

環境：前台有個休閑區適合大人小孩
衞生：房間衞生可以，前台休閑區沒有區分吸煙區，户外休閑區勉勉強強
服務：有公共廚房，本來要收50場地費，男房東為口碑將來客源免了；12點退房後可以留在休閑區活動，這點不錯

價格實惠，住的房間也很舒適，來了很多次一直都是住這家民宿，下樓出門就是沙灘，管家的服務熱情周到，會給我們推薦吃飯的地方以及介紹景點。
Ps:有不懂的地方問老闆也會耐心給我們解答，妥妥的有問必答。

民宿地理位置很棒，出門即沙灘一線海景，房間也乾淨整潔，第一次來陽江玩體驗感拉滿！帶的行李多行李重，管家也會幫忙搬上樓，服務熱情周到！真的感覺有種回到家的感覺！想來陽江東平玩，首推這家民宿❤️

房間一進去有股很大的黴味，然後對着街道的窗户是能完全打開的，沒有防盜網，窗框感覺有點松，風一吹就砰砰作響，廁所和房間的排氣扇都是壞的開不了，窗户因為對着街道又能爬人進來考慮到安全問題不能開，導致整個房間空氣不流通很悶，整晚聞着難聞的黴味和廁所味，窗户又砰砰作響，根本睡不好，衹能説這個房間真的給我很差的體驗

環境衞生都中規中矩，比較不好的一點是廚房的油煙直入樓棟，房間裏一股油煙味散不去。
