I booked a standard twin room, but when I went to sleep, I found that each bed only had one pillow. I called the front desk to ask for an extra pillow, but the service staff told me that each pillow would cost 5 yuan because it costs money to clean it. This is the first time I have encountered a situation where I have to pay extra for an extra pillow. I have stayed in so many hotels, and no matter what room I booked, basically each bed has two pillows. Some even have one or two more in the closet. If you like to take an extra pillow and sleep with it, it is no problem. Because of this little episode, my stay experience was greatly reduced
