一家人出遊，一打開訂好的民宿，已經幫我們開好了所有空調，這服務，滿意！！！廚房，還有一些簡易的電飯煲、電磁爐、冰箱；陽台還有洗衣機，設施齊全，真沒的説，就是看中這點！非常適合一家人住！電具雖然是舊了點，能用就行，非常可以了；三個房間兩個廁所。
衞生方面：感覺沒有評論説的那麼恐怖，反正我可以接受，我覺得可以的，傢俱是有一些舊了，但很正常，又不影響使用，晚上睡得很舒服，也沒有評論説的什麼滿沙發滿地的沙子。
吃的方面：可以在景區裏面吃，如果想吃的話，但是容易踩雷，並不是所有店都那麼好吃，但是人家便捷，下去就可以吃了，衹要選對店，不要選那些什麼團購的、不好吃。
下去就是沙灘🏖️很近，想什麼時候去都可以，旅遊旺季就是人特別多，沒毛病，沙灘都是人。晚上去人就會少很多。
最後價格方面：五一旺季，留意了好久，5月3號當天買的價格合理，七百多塊錢，超值。陽台就能看到全海景，跟宣傳的一樣！

幾乎每年都來南海灣公寓，這次訂的日出全海景房，風景真的一流，就是天氣不太好，另外就是旁邊有一條生活污水排水溝，暴雨時很大的污水湧出海里，非常污染水質。衞生方面，公寓的環境不能要求太高了，會有小蟑螂出沒，房間的整體設施還是比較乾淨的。
