+ Close to the beach and swimming pool
+ You can buy tickets to the beach at the front desk, it's cheaper, 65 RMB for 2 days
+ Front desk girls are very nice and helpful, good service
+ Accept foreigners but you need a green health code, green travel code and nuclear acid negative test within 72 hours
+ Sea view from the balcony is great
- The property is old, somewhere need a repair, somewhere has rust
- During 6 days stay noone cleaned the room or changed towels or toiletries. 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 tiny disposable toothpastes are not enough for 2 people for 6 days. We had to buy more ourselves

The environment is good, there is a beach under the room building, but you have to buy a ticket from 8 am to 19:00 to surf. When there are many people during the holiday, the underground parking space is tight. I stayed overnight for 20 nights. I saw some cars parked outside on the roadside. About 10 minutes, you can go to the nearby Baipu market to buy seafood and return to the apartment for self-service. In 10 minutes, you can go to the nearby lower corner to catch the sea. There are so many shells to pick up. Many people come in the afternoon.

這裏屬於景區，旺季什麼樣我不清楚，但現在來真是太實惠了，這個價格住到這樣我很滿意了，大開間帶陽台，雙床房，住四個人都可以。下樓走幾分鐘就是敏捷海灘，直接欣賞南海。周圍雖然有幾家海鮮店和超市，但感覺東西有點貴，離鎮子上也就幾公里，小電驢過去吃飯也挺方便的。 公寓式酒店，淡季YYDS，景區暫時改造中，暫不收費。
