This apartment has kitchen facilities. It is near the sea. Hailing Island is good for local Chinese people, but I will not recommend it to foreigners. The apartment has a nice balance between money and its facilities. Nobody will allow you to park your car anywhere for free, even if there are some empty places. The apartment is clean, and the contact person is very helpful, but the elevator and other side of the building are not clean. There are too many people inside the lobby area. Overall, we do not enjoy our time with our family (foreigners) visiting Hailing Island. The Hailing Island facilities, roads, and local market are not like Sanya Bay, Haitang Bay, Loong Bay (Wuchun, Maoming), or sea beaches in Huizhou. Hailing Island is not like the Tianya-Haijiao scenic area (Sanya). Everything is expansive, with the fewest facilities.

After arriving at the residence, the aunt at the front desk called the landlord and said that she would wait for the landlord to come over. We waited for 20 minutes. I feel uncomfortable if I am asked to stay another night for free. Sanitary conditions are extremely poor. The pillow on the stool hasn't been washed for who knows how long. Everything is pitch black. One of the two promised shower rooms was separated by a glass door. Not only was the water flow slow, but the faucet was not stable. The bathroom was disgusting, smelly and dirty. There is dirt in the cracks on the toilet seat. The small pillows on the bed haven't been washed for who knows how long. The bed was very hard and the stainless steel nails on the bed were exposed. The TV cannot be turned on. There is no wifi. The dust on the air conditioner grid makes my skin crawl. All I can say is that during this peak season, you really get what you pay for.
