The front desk staff was kind and gave me a relatively quiet room. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Although the facilities are not new, they are relatively complete, including a hair dryer. The bedding is clean. I asked for an extra pillow and the room attendant brought it to me. Disadvantages: The mattress is hard, there is no dine-in breakfast. The room said that bread and boxed milk are extra provided by the hotel, but the room I booked includes two breakfasts, so I don’t quite understand.

The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced the surrounding environment attentively and thoughtfully, making people feel at home. She explained the hotel's facilities and equipment to me very attentively. The hotel provides self-service washing machines, hangers and washing powder. There is a terrace outside to dry clothes, which is really convenient. Simple breakfast is provided. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. If you don't drive, they are very close. It is really convenient and comfortable. Every time I come to Yangjiang, I will stay at the Home Inn here. It is worth recommending.

The facilities of this hotel are outdated and the hygiene is not good, especially the parking lot and the back door of the hotel lobby, which are dirty and smelly. It is really too dirty. There is water flowing even when it is not raining. The bathroom in the room is not good either. The faucet moves.

The overall accommodation experience is quite bad, the environment is poor, the facilities are old, and the service attitude is extremely bad. I suspect it is not a genuine Home Inn. I stayed in this hotel on the second day of the Chinese New Year. In order to write a review without prejudice, I waited for two nights to stay in two other hotels of the same price before writing a review. In comparison, this hotel has great room for improvement in terms of service, environment, and facilities. I hope the store will pay attention to and improve it after seeing it. The following are some problems I found during my stay: 1. Facility and environment problems 1. The room has great safety hazards First, the door cat's eye is broken and can be blocked with just a ball of paper towels (Figure 1); secondly, the hair dryer equipped by the hotel is seriously aging, and there is a strong burnt smell when using it. It feels like it will burn and explode if used for one more second. 2. Outdated facilities First, the mattress is quite hard and the springs are clearly visible, which makes it hard to sleep all night; second, the standard double bedside table has only one socket and no USB charging port, which makes charging very inconvenient. To solve this problem, the hotel equipped a multi-wire socket at the head of the bed (the same as the long-distance bus, see Figure 2), which is charged extra and not cheap, which is ridiculous! Moreover, the WIFI signal in the room is quite poor, and the WIFI in this room is often not found. Even if it is connected, the signal is very poor. I almost used my own hotspot during my stay. 3. Soundproofing problem The hotel has almost no soundproofing. When you close the door, you can clearly see the slightest movement in the entire corridor. It really achieves "staying in the hotel without going out, you can know what's going on in the world". If you open the door, you can hear the gossip of the neighbors. My room is at the end of the corridor, and I can still clearly hear the voices of other guests in the corridor at one o'clock in the middle of the night. Other people in my family live in a big bed room near the elevator and did not fall asleep all night. The original intention of traveling is to relax the body and mind, but I was exhausted on the first night, which is really annoying. 4. Parking space problem Parking space is seriously insufficient. Friends who want to stay in the hotel are advised to either park the car in the morning and not drive out, or wait until almost 11 o'clock in the evening when other non-hotel vehicles come out of the public parking lot like us before parking. 2. Hygiene problem 1. There are many dead corners in the bathroom (Figures 3, 4, and 5). It looks like no one has cleaned it for many years. 2. The towels are tattered and the edges of the towels are almost broken. The several rooms booked together cannot make up a complete towel. 3. Service problem 1. The hotel's pre-check-in inspection is not up to standard. In addition to the safety hazards mentioned above, it also found problems such as lack of toiletries. For example, the room I stayed in only provided toothbrushes and combs, but no soap and shower caps. 2. The hotel has no restaurant. The so-called simple meal (breakfast) only has two small breads and a box of yogurt. 3.‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️Hotel staff attitude problem‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️ During our stay at the hotel, something happened that puzzled and angered me and my family. After we checked in, we found that the quilt provided by the hotel was very thin, so we asked the staff if we could add a quilt. After getting a positive answer, she gave us two quilts (both without quilt covers), one of which had obvious yellow stains. I begged her to change a quilt for us and add two quilts for my family in another room. After getting a positive answer, it was not delivered for a whole hour. After urging the front desk, a staff member with a bad attitude came in half an hour later. After carrying a quilt into the room, he saw that my family used the disposable quilt cover they brought with them, and rushed up to lift the quilt without caring that my family was still sleeping! ! First, she loudly questioned us if we had torn the hotel's sheets, and then asked us in a bad tone, "Why don't you turn on the air conditioner?" "If everyone doesn't turn on the air conditioner like you, how can adding quilts be enough!" (sighing loudly) (glaring) "This is the last quilt! There are no more!" After a series of operations, my family and I were confused. In the spirit of the Chinese New Year, it's not easy for anyone, so we accepted this last quilt. After she said there was no quilt cover of the right size, she said we could not use the quilt cover. Who knew she actually took the intercom and asked us to say the four words "no quilt cover" to each other in person, which was really confusing and unreasonable. The room service is extremely unprofessional, and the attitude is so bad that it is almost non-existent. I hope the hotel can improve after seeing the evaluation. It is recommended to directly renovate and strengthen the professional training of staff, otherwise it will sooner or later destroy the reputation of Home Inn.

Yangjiang is not a big city, and public transportation is not very convenient. Yangjiang Home Inn is located in the city center, surrounded by developed businesses, and includes a simple breakfast. It has a good price-performance ratio and is a well-established economy hotel!

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the stay is very pleasant. I will stay here again next time. Very good stay experience. Very good, recommended.
