服務人員態度很差，退房退按金很不耐煩。也不提供免費水，房間很大，也算乾淨，但是蚊子多，沒電梯，在一個大馬路邊上，停車靠運氣找位子

前台大姐簡直就是個奇葩，動不動就對客人發脾氣，好像別人欠她八百萬，退房退房卡按金我站着不動就開始罵人趕人走，出門在外不想和這種人計較，真讓人無語😑勸大家不要定這家花錢還要受氣，不是節假日定不到酒店絕對不會定這破賓館，衞生也差，不乾淨，服務態度也很惡劣，如果那大姐是老闆就不要開店了，真的很不適合，臉臭起可以掛水桶了！

開漁節總體房價有點高，以前也住過這家，老式的賓館，房間大，裏面東西有點舊，我們自己帶的床品，能接受的範圍。

第一次來不知道隔壁小區不能停車，我們開進去出不來，後面諮詢賓館前台叫他們開電動閘讓我們開出去，服務態度極差，不能停車的地方又沒有標示牌，好聲好氣的告訴她們訂房訊息，反而被她們罵，特別是帶眼鏡短頭髮那個前台服務特別差，而且房間有黴味，總之花錢受罪，奉勸大家租貴一點的酒店或者民宿吧，起碼不會被罵而且住得舒適。
