Unexpectedly, during the break, the people in the next room were sawing something. Thank you for the breakfast provided by the hotel. The breakfast is rich and the hotel service attitude is very good, but the hardware can't keep up. The parking lot instructions were unclear, and when I checked in, I asked the front desk if I could park outside the door, but was told no. When I came back in the evening, the parking lot was full, so I parked outside the hotel, but was easily blocked by their trucks when I left the hotel the next day. When I checked in, they asked me for my mobile phone number and verification code. Later I found out that I had activated their free membership. Is it legal for them to activate it for me without informing me?

I feel cheated. It says it will be renovated in 2023, but the actual decoration is very old and the soundproofing is very poor and noisy. I was woken up by the elevator in the morning. The rooms are far from the price range, and the hygiene is generally far behind the Atour hotels in first- and second-tier cities. The facilities are the same, but the price is comparable to that in first-tier cities.
