The villa garden is super big and the swimming pool is very nice. Now that the weather is hot, you can swim. The garden can also be used for camping, which is very atmospheric. The villa steward also recommended us a lot of interesting attractions, which saved us a lot of pitfalls.

屋內衞生很差，地板油淋淋是黐腳，任何時候都不能除鞋或拖鞋，泳池是比浴缸大一倍，水量少得可憐，只有泳池高度的一半左右，添水也多不了多少。花灑洗澡我感到自己很可憐，出水量少得像初生嬰兒小便般，還要時出水時無水，根本不足以冲乾淨身體。水喉出的水是白色的，用來漱口感覺嘴也不乾淨了。K歌的設備時好時壞，加上床單和被鋪也有一點污漬，讓人感覺很不自在。洗手間的桌子也佈滿了不乾淨的漬水，衞生情況非常不理想。房間發現蟑螂🪳，雖然每天也有人清潔，可是卻看不到有人拿掃帚，其中一個房間的水管破裂也沒有人修理，整個衛生間也有一陣陣的味道。

位置絕佳，推開窗就是整片蔚藍的海，步行5分鐘就能到沙灘，傍晚吹着海風散步特別舒服，房間乾淨寬敞，裝修是簡約的度假風，泳池維護得很乾凈，管家服務都很熱情，辦理入住超快，還主動推薦了附近好吃的海鮮排檔。早餐種類不算多但很精緻，本地特色小吃很驚艷。

1.2點鐘，我們去到了上一任住户才在海灘姍姍來遲，慢悠悠退房，我們在外面等了半個鍾，衞生也沒搞好，身為店家沒有談如何補償。
2.一樓廁所糞水倒灌，整個廁所都淹沒了，還流出了飯廳，很臭很倒胃口。從下午3點45到晚上7點還沒弄好，弄了一次10點我們再使用還是漏。絲毫不提賠償補償問題，一個勁説解決，還是不解決，這是真的水。
總體來説，服務態度是好的，可是結果不盡人意，沒下次，謝謝

入住體驗還可以吧，有個泳池挺舒服，環境也不錯，離海邊不遠，開車幾分鐘就到，但是枕頭套有點臟，建議房間放幾瓶瓶裝飲用水，燒水壺覺得有點臟。

位置很好找,離十里銀灘很近、鬧中取靜,房間很寬敞,被子床單都很乾凈衞生間沒有異味。房間的裝修很好,給人的感覺很舒服也很温馨,有家的味道,隔音效果也不錯,晚上休息得很好,老闆是個很熱情的人,給我們很多建議,讓我們的遊玩少走了不少彎路,也避免了一些不必要的消費,很贊哦
