從入住到離店，非常滿意，服務態度太好了，房間的一線海景沒得説，是我住過最好的海景房，六點蹲的日出很幸運的蹲到了，真的好浪漫，海鮮也好鮮好鮮，沙灘是十里銀灘，很細膩的沙，海景好好👌下次還要還要還要住這來這。

第一來海陵島選擇這家公寓，很贊服務周到房間干淨衛生沒有很復雜，大方簡單，性價比高，位置好，老板介紹了吃飯和摩托艇🛥️太过癮了，海鮮太好吃了😋不枉此行，下次還要再來找老板玩。感謝老板介紹。

在海邊住海景房 ，這個位置還有價錢真的很滿意，下樓就是小區門口出了門口過馬路就是海邊，帶孩子玩海累了就回房間，很方便附近吃的也多不想動就點外賣。第二天定了正面海景房老闆給升級了無敵海景躺床上看着大海真的很無敵啊。很推薦來這裏。

雨過天晴，天氣就是好，訂了個一房一廳雙床房，超大陽台看海景真的是太讚了，房間也很大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，阿姨剛搞好的衞生，還消了毒，帶點消毒水味，陽台門一開，真的好涼爽的海風，海邊就在樓下，有人在玩海上項目，真的眼看心愜意，下次還要來。

好評不知道是怎麼來的？真的無語。想着保利應該管理不錯，真沒想到是這個樣子的：可能因為下雨電梯很臟，套房在22樓，走上樓，樓道破舊破爛，樓道里有垃圾，進到公寓裏面，一股腥臭味和黴味，茶几發黴，床上用品潮濕，有頭髮，衣櫃裏的灰塵不知多長時間未抹過，廁所裏沒有紙巾。黴味和潮濕可以理解，腥臭味原以為是海邊吹來的，把所有門窗打開通風再關起來還是一樣，一晚沒睡好，第二天媽媽的手在床頭櫃上摸了一下，整個手腥的，才發現是這個原因。剛入住時發現問題叫前台小姑娘上來看，剛開始説會叫阿姨上來送廁紙，再三強調要她上來看她才上來，上來還説：天天打掃的，就是阿姨沒弄乾凈。我問她：你們不檢查嗎？這個櫃子裏的塵也是每天落下的嗎？她還是強調有叫阿姨打掃的。晚上發現大門的安全鎖鏈是斷了的，陽台的玻璃門和客廳的窗門是鎖不上的，消防面罩也是壞的。清潔阿姨來更換床上甲品整個過程都黑着臉。衹能説這個度假公寓的管理根本沒有管理，不建議入住

和家人一起打卡海陵島，訂的海景房，帶大陽台望海景吹海風沒得説，位置明顯好找，收費停車場，大堂乾淨明亮，老闆服務熱情周到，房間枕頭和被罩很乾凈，沒有異味，通風好，早上還可以看日出，設施很到位的，價格也實惠性價比超高，附近還有很多好吃的好玩的距離沙灘也就步行幾分鐘左右，還有電瓶車租，去哪都方便，不錯的一次體驗。值得一提前台態度非常好隨叫隨到解決所有問題。下次還會光臨

很少評價，這次體驗很好，訂到是在島上的一家，位置在島的中間，房間和網站圖片一樣，乾淨整潔，配套齊全，房間裏配備了一次性杯子、牙具，一次性毛巾，和浴巾。從公寓走過去大概幾分鐘就能到沙灘，很好玩，有機會還會再來。

忘記拍房間照片了嗚嗚。被日出日落🌇吸引，簡直是太棒了!位置就在島中間十里銀灘，走幾分鐘就到沙灘，在樓上就能看到大海!樓下出門就是早餐店，連着吃了兩天好吃又方便。還去逛了夜市，很長的一條街，都是賣特產海味的。房間不錯，服務也熱情，衞生乾淨。電視空調冰箱洗衣機齊全。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門口有停車位，地下車庫收費30一天，前台效率高，周到，辦理入住快，房間採光好，明亮，有洗衣機冰箱，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，非常近海，下樓對面就是沙灘。很滿意的一次旅行。
