房子位置很好，距離馬尾島很近，方便出行，而且附近還有免費停車場，很好。每一年都必須要去幾次海陵島玩的，可以適當放鬆度假，孩子也可以很好的玩耍。

沒想到可以住這麼好的房間。視野很好，陽台上就可以看到風景，稍微打開點落地窗，海風吹的很舒服。房間很漂亮，衞生細節做的很好，特意摸了摸電視櫃和牀頭櫃都很乾凈

房間比較寬敞，床也足夠大，陽台很大可以看無敵風景，有冰箱，下樓幾分鐘就到沙灘，可以挖沙子，附近吃飯也方便，租車，打車都比較方便，離馬尾島也很近

簡單住一晚，看地圖位置是 6 棟靠海的，結果給的房間是裏面 2 棟還是二樓的.....能小區走過的人四目相對，環境衞生一般般，湊合住一晚，第二天起來收拾東西才發現枕頭都是發黴的，估計是空了太久沒搞過衞生了。晚上比較安靜全是唯一的優點了😂
