房型對的，2023開業假的，很舊，P區最差P10的居然選中了，國慶假期778貴無所謂，房間差最拿命。不多説就差，下單時問客服不要P10…P1-P5還好P6-P13差，保利N+好，人流沙灘較集中，海皇房間差一點，勝在近沙灘

這房間感覺踩坑了，又貴又不好，除了個海景，啥優勢都沒有，太舊了，家庭出遊不建議住，樓梯不適合長者家小孩子走，還有個同地板顏色台階落差，都差點摔跤了。避雷吧。就工作人員服務態度挺好的。是旅程住的最差的一個。

可以説實話嗎？
真實情況就是總體感覺很一般或者説比較差。我是訂了3個房間的，500+一間/晚。
地面有垃圾沒有打掃都算啦，又不是大問題。
拉下窗簾跑出一堆蟑螂，喲，住房還送小寵物啊這麼體貼？
廁所馬桶不穩，坐上去真怕把馬桶坐歪了、坐裂開了割着屁股，想到這，菊花馬上緊縮起來。
洗手盆還有之前的客人刷牙擠出的綠色牙膏沒清洗，淡淡的綠茶味道卻掩蓋不了廁所的下水道反流異味，所以儘管有洗漱用的水杯，我愣是不敢下口刷牙而用口香糖解決硬生生嚼了兩天臉上咬肌都出來了。
地板踢腳線爛了、廁所門框黴了、大門把手爛了、陽台推拉門出軌推不動、電燈不亮、按鈕壞掉、電視不能看等等我都不會和大家説的，畢竟我們主要目標是看看大海，睡個覺而已，所以房間是真的面朝大海，床還是可以的。

優點:地理位置好，直麪大海，下樓走個幾十米就是沙灘了，旁邊是高爾夫球場，風景看起來特別舒服
缺點:房間有黴味，持續到離店也還有，出去玩到晚上回去打開燈看到一衹蟑螂在地上爬
衞生:估計只有床被褥有換和馬桶有打掃，其他地方用不着的地方看起來都比較臟。門的防盜鏈是壞的。
樓下海鮮店非常貴，點了一條一斤多點的魚和四衹小螃蟹，一旁海膽煎蛋，四百塊，比房間費還貴，這樣想，住房還算便宜……

很滿意，和朋友分開訂了三間房，本來不在同一棟樓，後面看我們一起的前台也儘量幫我們協調了一下，可以住在一起玩，一起喝喝酒，感覺很不錯，房間能在陽台看日出看十里銀灘海景

比較合適年輕人，不合適老年人，因為四房複式別墅有個旋轉梯，衞生乾淨，2個房間和客廳有陽台正面對海，很不錯～
