The room is clean and hygienic, the decoration style is small and fresh, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. Beautiful sea view, the room is facing the sea, you can see the sunrise from the balcony in the morning, and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves at night, the beach is just a few minutes walk downstairs. A very comfortable stay, an unforgettable trip!

前年入住過一次相保利銀灘180度陽台公寓，被景觀吸引，發現270度更舒適，這次先住了一晚保利皇冠，然後特意訂了3晚保利二房一廳270度陽台，相比幾年前設施變老舊，房間衞生環境真的太差了，瀨口杯臟臟，馬桶蓋後面全是頭髮，床頭全是灰，沙發市臟臟的，換了間房還是差不多的情況，在此提出建議是希望老闆們把好衞生關，公寓景觀是真的很不錯，想要生意好還是要保證衞生環境乾淨才會有回頭客

房間陽台正對大海，景觀非常好。樓下就是各種美食和超市， 生活方便。步行幾分鐘就能到達海邊。春節晚上坐在陽台上能看到海邊的人們放禮花。

在攜程上第一次給差評！春節預訂房間價格貴我真的可以理解，但是近六百的房價住到不説房間設備設施多好，至少要保證衞生好吧！打掃的衞生間幹區地上全是積水，地板沙發床上都有頭髮，衞生間的異味太大了，住了一晚上沒洗澡是因為熱水根本放不出來，真的是大無語了！！哎！！！

床單枕頭有些舊有些臟，但是景觀相當不錯，正面陽台可以觀海，另一面可以看到高爾夫球場還有遠處的風車，去沙灘也很近，走四五分鐘就能到。最最不好的是那麼高的樓衹有兩台電梯，電梯裏面沒空調很悶，保潔搞衞生也是走這兩台電梯，一輛保潔車就能佔了一台電梯，經常等很久才有電梯用！而且垃圾都堆在出電梯後的地下停車場，又臟又臭！最後建議套房的話，房間裏面也放一個垃圾桶，更方便，還有進門小陽台要是有個水龍頭，可以沖沖腳什麼的就更好了

公寓位置很好，房間去年剛翻新，衞生環境都比較好，門口一百米就是沙灘，入住16樓，在陽台就能看見一望無垠的大海;可惜今天天氣不好，不然還可以在陽台看海上日出。
樓下租電動車，車很新，30元一天，性價比很高，去擁擠的地方，比開車都方便;

樓下生活設施齊全，大排檔小超市都有，滿足日常所需;
如果需要去周邊景點，還可以租電動車，30元一天，性價比很高，去擁擠的地方，比開車都方便;

4點多來到目的地 剛下車就見到這美女問我們住不住房 不得不説這美女服務態度極好 超級有耐心 起初帶我們看了幾個房子都不太滿意 看到後面都不想動了 她還可以讓我們坐下來休息 她自己上去看給我打視頻 這服務就是扛扛的 我們猶豫了兩個小時還是選擇了這個小姐姐🫢
房子是兩房一廳一衞可以煮東西吃 雙陽台 還有大海景 一望無際的大海看着就舒服 主要是他們的床 超軟 超舒服的 看哪裡都是乾淨 出行的小夥伴們 可以優先選擇 主要是小姐姐會很有耐心的帶你看房看到滿意為止 給贊贊贊
