説真的，在攜程上訂了那麼多酒店。從來沒見過一個酒店的服務態度那麼差，那麼拽的。朋友提前入住，訂的麻將房當時沒搞好衞生，所以朋友就先入住了一起下單的雙床房。等到我帶着孩子一起到店入住的時候，想和朋友調換回房型（朋友住回麻將房、我住回雙床房）需要酒店搞下雙床房的衞生。前台服務員一百個不願意，就開始甩臉了。説從來沒有這樣安排的道理，還讓我們最好都不入住了，都退訂。此外，聽朋友説雙床房當時入住的時候電視開不了，打電話去前台請求幫忙開下。前台服務員一句話回過來：很忙。沒空。直接就把電話掛了。
真的，住了那麼多的酒店。這次體驗真是刷新了我的認知，沒見過服務那麼差的。

進來第一形象服務態度極其惡劣，前台一點笑容沒有，語言也是很兇，環境有些吵，洗漱的地方有些堵，房間有些味道，煙🚬味道，房間的牆紙都掉了，很吵，也不隔音，喜歡安靜的朋友需謹慎
