房間設施都很新，衞生做🉐好好，就是房間和陽台太細了，地上放點行李都沒什麼地方行了，陽台的泡池很細，和小朋友一起泡有點窄，温泉是真温泉，自助早餐品種多，出品幾好。晚餐在西餐廳吃，味道很不錯，價格也實惠，黃金炒飯很好吃，那個春砂仁湯也不錯，魚頭煲的魚頭不太新鮮，

大環境不錯，後面靠漠陽江，江邊步道尤適宜散步。酒店內設的泳道尤適宜親子活動。房間略小，但還算乾淨整潔，基本設施還是夠的，水很熱，幸而房間裏有温馨提示。但前台服務效率有點低。

設施：這個除了名字上有温泉，不知道哪裡沾邊。
第一:去到入住的時候，拿着很多行李，多次諮詢服務枱，有沒有什麼辦法可以幫忙送到去酒店，前台就説讓我們自己開車過去，我説門口停滿車子了，我又帶着小孩拿不了，前台還是説需要不行，明明外面停着電瓶車，也不願意送一下，最後是我多次説，才説"唉我送你過去"
第二:房間根本不是上面寫着的面積那麼大，居然還能算門口的面積？？交管理費那種分攤面積嗎請問？陽台就知道圓圈的缸，這就是温泉了，別人家的温泉酒店如果房間有温泉的話，都不可能那麼小…
第三:晚上想買水，發現外面自助買水機是沒有水的，然後去前台問，想買水，前台説沒有，那裡鳥無人煙的地方，外面也沒有便利店，沒有超市，我説我們已經沒有水了，前台拿出來一瓶説多也沒有了。。。什麼？？？那麼大的酒店？就一瓶水？我們是完全願意購買的，但並不是你問説的多也沒有！
第四:我們當天入住已經很晚，所以吃完晚餐得知是10點才關温泉，9點去到温泉裏面，温泉前台並沒有給手環我們，結果我上去了，想存東西，服務員説我要下去問前台拿手環，我問為什麼我進來你們不給我，服務員説我不問自然就沒有！！我去了那麼多温泉酒店，第一次見，然後好不容易進去了，服務員9點15分把全部人的毛巾收走了，放水，然後我問服務員，為什麼把我毛巾收走了，他們不説話，我説我小孩那麼冷，毛巾都沒有，過分，讓我自己上去二樓拿！着急下班我不是這樣吧，直接凍感冒，（不用解釋，我有拍視頻），最讓人震驚是温泉第二天下午點開，反正如果要來這裏就自己想清楚，你們第二天12點退房，人家下午兩點才開温泉，反正你問如果晚入住，這個温泉是泡不上了，這就是這裏所説的温泉酒店，寫着十個温泉池，小到不行，都是集中在一起，給一千多訂的酒店，要服務沒服務，要玩的沒玩的，那個營地裏麪什麼設施都沒有，也沒有人維護，就一個滑滑梯，一些盪鞦韆！
最後酒店送給我們的就是停水停電！哇 真的愉快的出遊 呢間野真系腎到嗨咁。去咁多地方真系第一次遇到呢d酒店。
