酒店房間夠大，地理位置也不錯，早餐一般。設施太差了，床墊上是凹陷的，花灑四處漏水，放水10分鐘仍不能洗澡。入住還需要收取按金，錢不多，感覺不好，退按金還是挺快的，這一點值得表揚。下次不會再選擇這家酒店了。

雖然已經是當地最好的酒店了，但是環境和衞生還是差強人意，設施也非常老化，最大的問題是熱水不熱，沒法洗澡。還有就是開車到酒店的路，本來從遊客中心開到酒店有條又近又好走的路，衹要幾百米的距離。但是被景區管理部門攔住，衹讓景區交通車和當地居民車通過，其它車輛一概不許走，衹好多繞了將近四公里，而且要通過三條又黑暗又塵土飛揚的運煤專用隧道，擦肩而過的都是大的運煤車輛，我們開得心驚膽戰的。這景區管理部門對自駕遊客也太不友好了吧？！

硬件能看出來是老牌酒店，寬敞，屋內温度高，還有直飲水。比預料的要好，離皇城相府是真的近，好方便，回來累了還可以休息，停車場好大，可以停車，比外部開來的車找不到停車場好太多。位置絕佳。晚上到的，因為要去貴賓樓意外的看到了郭峪古堡的打鐵花表演，好震撼，看的真開心！！！

酒店位置不錯，離皇城相府很近，房間也比較大，其他都不能讓人滿意，房間設施淋浴房拉手壞的門都不容易打開，淋浴房花灑一個壞的不出水，另一個壞的亂噴水，這個是管理問題了，這樣的房間可以供客人使用嗎？另外衞生間裡外都有台階不安全，前台服務也不夠熱情，早餐過於簡單且沒有質量，景區的酒店性價比真是太差了，不會再選擇這樣的酒店了。

房間有點年代了，離景點很近，停車方便。導航會路過一個加油站，不要左轉，直行，過幾個小隧道，就找到景點北門附近的酒店了。

就是繞路太厲害，導航也沒更新，害人不淺。直接導航到皇城相府北門入口就行了。老舊的賓館，早餐一般。

景區邊最好的酒店了，停車場大，出門過馬路就是景區進口，早餐豐富，房間中規中矩，設施齊全，周邊還有個肯德基，不錯。
