設施太呵呵了，房價高的離譜，3人間479/晚，宣傳圖片高大上，與實際相差太遠，簡單的不能再簡單的環境，衞生間臭味大，馬桶骯臟簡陋、洗漱用品尤其是牙刷🪥又硬又稀疏，一不小心牙齦刷出血🩸，一次性拖鞋吹彈可破，洗浴用的塑料拖鞋堪比垃圾堆裏扔的，花灑🚿沒有頂噴，手持的小傢伙臟的讓人不想碰……非常差的體驗

老闆人很熱情，早餐也還好，離景區很近，對面就是，比較適合前一天來看演出，第二天逛景區。
衞生不敢恭維，而且衞生間裏的拖鞋質量太差，是浸水變臭的那種。。。衞生間被它搞得一股xx味。

自駕遊，對比後發現他家酒店新裝修，從外觀看就乾淨整潔，停車方便 吃飯方便 晚餐我去點評排第一的餐館吃飯，菜量大，兩個人點了一個小炒肉，一個家常豆腐，一份刀削麪都沒吃完，價格在景區來講就不算貴了，早餐也方便。
離皇城相府非常近，可以把車停酒店然後走過馬路對面就是皇城相府景區入口。
老闆熱心誠懇，走廊寬敞，被褥乾淨，價格便宜，相比之下，性價比高。
圖一是從皇城相府拍的紅圈裡就是水雲間酒店，我就是把車停酒店了，都能看到車圖二圖三是從他家門前拍的對面皇城相府，圖四小炒肉
缺點是沒有電梯，不過周邊的酒店都是沒有電梯的，我到時一樓住滿了，就住二樓了。
