購買時放的圖片那麼豪華，結果是特別老氣裝修，説圖片是主題房，不是實圖房間放那圖片誤導消費者，和環城，美韻比老氣訂的房間不是圖片所示房間，特別舊的裝修風格。吹風機壞的，拖鞋太小

第二次入住竹林山酒店，客觀評價有滿意的地方也有非常不滿意的地方：
滿意地方：酒店衞生環境還可以，也有早餐。
不滿意地方：①酒店服務一般般；②酒店早餐種類不豐富，來來回回都是這幾樣；③酒店的花灑是那種直筒的，水噴在身上會痛；④吹風筒風很小；⑤住的最後兩晚都離奇停電，但酒店服務員沒有任何補救措施。
幸好是在攜程訂下的單、攜程幫忙退了最後一晚訂單。
