下高速不遠的路邊，還比較好找
有廚房，可以點菜，我們到的時候下着雨，吃口熱乎飯挺好
他家紅薯很好吃
窯洞房間很大，比較乾淨，娃很喜歡大炕。
店家態度很好，很温暖的民宿。

因為在路邊，打車很多，晚上比較吵。房間設施有些陳舊，壞了的未更換。平時入住的人可能比較少，算是一般乾淨。老闆態度很好，這點算是比較滿意的。希望能夠有所改進。

房間很大，窯洞也很有特色，訂的大炕房三個人睡也很寬敞，是農家自己的院子改的賓館，設施不太好，衞生間洗澡時排水不利並且積水都在腳底下，馬桶套的一次性馬桶墊，不知道多久沒有換過，上面凈是污漬，衹好自己小心地揭下來丟掉，床單被罩看上去不是太乾淨還有陳舊血漬，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，他們家可以給做飯，都是家常菜價格味道中規中矩，建議在這裏吃飯不要點菜單上沒有的東西，我們要了幾個餅説可以做，以為會是烙餅，結果上來是老潼關的預製餅加工的，比較坑的是這種餅一個幾毛錢的成本收了一個五塊錢的價格，賓館位置離樑家河景區近，離乾坤灣景區還有三十多公里，整體住這裏性價比不高。

十一旅遊旺季，延安市區房子有點遠也訂不到，特意找了樑家河附近的農家訂房，看了評論大概分析了一下，總體來説大多都是説不錯，剛好有房於是我就訂了。經我一晚入住體驗，我大概有一個總結：首先價格真心不貴，房間也乾淨整潔，基本配套都有，態度也好很熱心。有條評論我很納悶，這農村馬路邊的有個蒼蠅蚊子不很正常嗎？100多塊你們就知足吧，還要五星級的環境嗎？怎麼不去住貴的？我看就是****了！或者是腦袋被驢踢了！還是家裡**了來撒氣！
設施：基本齊全該有的都有
衞生：我住的倒是乾淨衞生無異味
環境：環境屬於現代農家樂的標準，院子裏還有綠植，能停好幾輛車
服務：跟老闆聊天得知是一家普普通通本地人，用自己的房子開賓館做買賣，一家人吃喝住一條龍服務，我覺得很不錯了，又不是專業的廚子和服務員，你們要求別那麼高
最後我想説的是：才花100多塊還要啥自行車呢！
