The room had a strong smell and poor hygiene. When I entered the room, there was a lot of lime on the floor, and there were footprints from people in front of me, as well as bugs. There was a lot of dust on the sleeping pillows, and there were stains on the toilet. I thought I had booked the most expensive room. Because it will be good in all aspects, the result is not as good as other people’s homestays that cost more than 100 yuan. Such houses are provided for guests to live in.

硬件條件還是不錯的，房間和設施都是完善的。停車場巨大，停車很寬鬆。進出停車場不需要通過景區的出入口，進出很方便。停車免費。但是軟件方面，還是有些遺憾的。説話都是硬邦邦的，像吵架一樣。工作人員穿着家常服，也不在固定的崗位上，分不清誰是顧客、誰是酒店人員，問個事兒都不知道找誰。過分的是，早餐我們7:20（用餐時間是7:00-9:00）到餐廳的時候，衹剩下幾個涼饅頭、一點涼土豆絲、一個盆底的涼稀飯了。更過分的是，當著我們的麪，對幾個特殊顧客，端上了冒着騰騰熱氣的飯菜和煮雞蛋。我們詢問了兩聲，服務員理都不理，一扭頭就走了。看來這個度假村在提高服務意識、改善服務質量方面，還是需要下下大力氣的。

度假村在乾坤灣核心景區旁，有自己的停車場，車位超級多，充電樁也不少。房間屬於民宿水平，驚喜的是衞生間挺大，還是乾濕分離的！早餐非常簡單，吃飽是沒問題的，雞蛋不限量，挺香！到主景區檢票口很近，早上7點多就能進景區，真是專場！乾坤灣幾個灣真是太美人，開發的也挺完善，真是不虛此行，度假村和景區都值得推薦！

第一次感受窯洞式的小院落，衞生、服務都還不錯，有自己的飯店，吃喝沒問題，衞生間乾濕分離，在都是民宿的山裡有這樣的條件已經很不錯了，度假村在位置、環境上更是佔盡優勢，距離乾坤灣景區百米距離，在路邊就能看到蜿蜒的黃河，清水灣、會峯寨開車10公里左右，唯一希望改進的是床鋪🛏️，床都是塌陷的，累了一天睡得真是不舒服。

窯洞式房間，但不是窯洞。室內設施一般，都能用。室外環境好，室內有蚊子。停車很方便。前台接待很熱情，前台小李要單獨表揚一下。早餐一般。最後説一句，這家店是乾坤灣最好的了，沒有其他。下次來還得住這裏。

很有當地特色，國慶300多的價格，還包早飯，步行乾坤灣看日出衹要三分鐘，憑酒店住宿門票還能八折。
相對來説衞生稍微弱了些，自己帶點一次性床罩就可以了。
性價比很高！

房間乾淨，設施齊全，衞生間與卧室的隔斷是實牆，是我喜歡的，如是玻璃隔斷會影響卧室休息的人，床床上用品都是新的，服務也很好尤其一名男服務員主動熱情，幫忙介紹乾坤灣落日最佳拍攝點，客房價格也親民，院子環境綠化很好，空氣清新，最大賣點離景區很近，也是我選則的理由。推薦來景區的遊客入住不失望。

酒店就在乾坤灣景區附近，走200米就到景區，很方便。特價房（不含早）在一樓，一進屋有些潮味兒，但開門通風一會兒就好了，停車場很大，方便停車。
